Nathan is a good and friendly worker. Good, healthful and tasty food and smoothies. Would be better to have tables and chairs rather than tall stools at a counter. Also, a shade against the afternoon sun would be nice.

Ordered a normal cheese burger, something I usually do but today the burger was dry and hard🤮 Please for future purposes, please confirm that the order is correct and the correct quality. I buy kauai for its quality. Was very disappointed to find the quality being mediocre.

Staff at the till (two ladies) are extremely unfriendly they do not engage with the customers like they should and are often very rude and not welcoming as well. Other staff are very nice and friendly at the back and the food is always excellent. The store should change their sales ladies at the till as it spoils a lot of customers moods you need someone welcoming and friendly

I have ordered from Kauai on multiple occasions on my visits to Kimberley when I am feeling like a heathly meal. Staff are always engaging and friendly and the food is always fresh and great value for money. My go to place for heathly takeaway meals.

After reading the reviews, we looked forward to visit the KAUAI at Engen. Unfortunately the staff weren't really engaging with customers. They were rather chatting with each other instead of focussing on orders. We walked away firstly with the incorrect order we've placed and went back to say it was the incorrect order. Only walking away the second time again with the incorrect order. Hopefully the staff come to realize they must focus on the service they deliver.

Zero system when placing an order - we placed an order for a hot chocolate and a berry smoothie today just before 15h00 - hot chocolate was ready in 3 to 4 minutes but the smoothie took nearly 15 minutes- my wife had to drink her hot chocolate in the shop while we waited for the smoothie - very unorganized

Worst Almond Porridge pot I have ever eaten. It tasted burnt as if I was eating a cigarette. Really disappointed. The burnt taste still lingers and is so disgusting.Almond porridge pot is my usual order and I have it regularly, however this just put me off it.

Bad bad bad, the wrap was ok but the meal i ordered for my husband was bad, and that cost me R 270 for 1 x wrap and 1 piece bread with avo, scrambled egg instead of poached, and sausage that looks like dogs dinner, no salt + pepper. Poor service, never again
