    The rooms are beautiful and neat but I had no towels, no hot water, no kettle for tea yet the sugar & coffee were provided.

    They need to up their game.. Didn't have complimentary soap in the room and the sheets were dirty on arrival

    A few problems. No cups, glasses or coffee in the room, only one small towel, no soap in the shower and an annoying dripping sound from the toilet. Good bed. Quiet neighbourhood

    It is very noisy with people partying all day. Not a place to stay as the owner doesn't respect his neighbors.

    It was my second time to book at Bateleur Guest House. It is a lovely place. I liked the reception, breakfast, dinner and their neat guest rooms.

    Chilled place, safe location and the lady who manages very good with guests engagement. I felt home. The pool number one.
