  Very efficient service, had a terrible experience at union tile in Bloemfontein with their loading area. It was raining, so the load staff wrapped my laminate flooring very nicely for me, the sales lady came and checked that i was happy. If you’re a girl and are collecting things and aren’t accompanied by a man, this is the place to come, they’re very professional

  Poor service. Sold me tiles not telling me that stock was almost finished. Shorted tiles to finish job and now I must order from another branch and I must pay delivery fee to this branch??? Also had one complete box of tiles broken (they delivered) and told sales lady only for her to ignore it.
