I love this mall every December I make sure when I’m home I visit. I love the vibe and I love how they have variety of shops. It’s clean and beautiful oh not to mention how amazing is the parking. You always have parking space. Absolutely amazing ❤️❤️❤️

Checkers have revamped there store. Very modern with a Medirite pharmacy. What a pleasure to shop there.

When you drive in at the back one would easily think you are at a Sandton mall. If you have many stores to visit this is a good option because you will easily make your daily step count! Great variety of stores including banks and atms with dischem and baby city newly added

They need to expand the mall from the inside, and hire more cleaners, the companies renting, see checkers, it is never clean and the mall is a little too small on ground floor.

It is not as big as some malls but I was surprised by the stock kept for e.g by Sheet Street and Mr Price Home. I found the nicest wall prints at Sheet Streets that I couldn't find at bigger malls in Bloemfontein. I will definitely stop there again when I visit Kimberley

The mall is situated in the heart of Kimberly. It offers a safe shopping experience and parking. Tye Mall has 24 hours of security

To start with. Parkings are bit small if you drive a bigger vehicle. It does have enought though. Enough shops snd good variety. Only downside is if you your kids with you they will get bored qiuckly

It was weird being in a city where the mall closes at 14h00 on a Sunday but cannot moan about the cleanliness and assistance received from stall and business employees. Definitely look forward to being in Kimberley again and visiting Diamond Pavillion SC again

Great place you can get everything you need and it's very clean. Just not a lot of variation or much to do other than clothes shopping.

I must say for a mall like this to not have proper toilet facilities for their customers is horrendous. I was just in the bathrooms and none of the taps work and there is no soap for washing hands. Someone had also puked in the hand wash area and noting there's no water there it's been left there. Disgusting

No security cameras in the lift, escalator to the parking area. A vistor was accosted by three men, one a tall young man wearing a red sun cap. The eldest man with a stubble beard tried pulling the victim to the corner towards the lift door area. The victim broke free from the man's grip and continued down the escalator with two of the men in front and one behind. They disappeared towards the second set of escalators out the back entrance. A female security officer was alerted but did nothing but look at the men and then continued doing nothing. Please be careful it's festive out there.

Great mall, stopped in before I left back to Cape town. You don't have to pay for parking. Parking is easily accessible to the mall. Shops are neat and I could get everything I wanted in one go. Would definitely recommend 👌🏼 Staff are friendly too, great experience

Great range of stores, especially with regards to Clothing.

I do not visit the Pavilion often, but those slippery floortiles are very dangerous. I use the stairs and not the elevators, so slippery tiles on stairs are not a great idea!

The food court was disappointing as there is no variety it's only few outlets.

A mall is a mall is a mall.... seen one, seen them all! There is never enough accesible parking or toilets. Loose 2 stars for limited accessibility ♿️

It was Mother's day and I enjoyed my visit, Checkers has improved and still busy with finishing touches. I am proud to see lots of changes done ✔ 👏 ❤

One of the best mall I have ever seen since I have arrived in Kimberly always clean the security make sure you sanitize your hands on the elevator always waiting for you the shops are clean very clean I'm impressed 🔥💯

This is a great Mall to go to in Kimberley. Safe Underground parking, open parkings and roof parkings. Never have an issue with traffic in this mall. Has all the shops you need and more. A one stop shopping experience.

Top class mall in the northern Cape, all anchor tenants present. Is a hot place generally but Air-conditioned and cleaned. Will visit again.

Nice hotel, good customer service with helpful employees BUT they need to remove the carpets in the rooms. Carpets have seen better days . They causing an unpleasant smell

I enjoyed my shopping experience and I'm glad they have Dischem now however I'm not pleased with their Woolworths store, the food division is always lacking stock. There's a lot of things that I buy at North Cape mall that I hardly find at a Diamond Pavilion
