  Staff are helpful, prices are good, store has plenty of space and there's good variety of products. The store does, however, need to sort out the queueing system. Lines of shoppers snaking down aisles makes the experience less enjoyable. The store needs to set up the one-queue system ASAP!

  Products they sell is of a good quality especially the Du Toits cherries they were selling about a month ago. The vegetables are of a very good quality. I simply love the promotions they have namely you get a bag of 🥔potatoes, 🌰onions,butternut and sweet potatoes for ONLY R100. They also have the combination of fruit namely pineapples, 🍎apples,box of 🍌bananas and bag of 🍊oranges for a R100. Their panini bread rolls are simply 👌the best. The plants 🪴they sell always thrives in my garden . The floor layout in this shop has changed which hampers your shopping. The isles are not clearly marked so it puts you off of wanting to shop there. The reason why I return to the shop is because of the quality of the fruit, plants and vegetables they sell.

  The staff and managers are friendly and helpful and assting you to find what ever you are looking for. Our northcape mall pick n pay got a shop re do and its a mess nothing is where its suppose to be You end up walking each isle up and down searvhing gor your stuff and its time consuming. If you font find an assistant like rhodesdene then you spend more than one and a half hour to find yor stuff. And sometimes there are only 4 cashiers out of 8 open. I go there for the specials and the other stuff i cant find elsewhere

  Good day! I've been shopping the past 13 years at Pick a Pay, North Cape Mall. The past year it happens that stock levels aren't managed according it used to be..... It happens more often that products that was usually stocked aren't on the shelf. Then I need to drive to Spar as well to get what I need. Today I needed orley whip - nothing, no stock..... Previously it was tomatoes, the other day lettuce, Lay's Balsamic vinegar, so I can carry on.. Please ensure that the person responsible for the stock levels manage it properly! Thank you

  On 27 March during the lockdown Me and my family needed a few exta essentials for the rest of the long 3 weeks to come so we went to the pick n pay in Kimberley North Cape Mall were they took minimum precautions to protect us as the clients and them self's as employees not wearing any sort of the required protective gear making us as going there feel un safe and the staff as well.

  Hands down the worst Pick 'n Pay in the country. There are more employees in your way than there are customers. They don't make space for customers. There is always stock in the isles. From the vegetables isles all the way to the cooldrink isles. Cages and cages of stock just in the way from corner to corner. Why does it take your staff all day to get the stock on the shelves and why does the stock still stand there the following day? • 0 out of 10 for customer experience. • 0 out of 10 for retail experience.
