    Great service by all the staff in the shelves. Everyone knows the store. I highly recommend the pharmacy staff and would like to single out pharmicist Preite. She is always bubbly and willing to go the extra mile for her client. Great to be served by her when you feel ill and just need to get your medication and get better.

    I definitely like the shop itself, nothing wrong with it. The floor staff are very friendly. Unfortunately I was helped by Enola Hoorniet at till 5 yesterday. She really managed to spoil the friendly mood. Very very unfriendly service. If you don't like your job, look for another one, but don't spoil my day with your unfriendliness

    Visit this branch for a FREE sauna experience. Please check your thermostat and turn the heater way down, thanks. Also double check pricing. Expensive products incorrectly priced. Match barcode number and name on label with product to ensure you have the correct pricing, they don't take responsibility for incorrectly placed products.

    They have the most incompetent and rudest security at the entrance. They guys speaks to the clients like they are children who stole something. Very unprofessionnel.

    Horrible service from security staff. Elderly and women with babies forced to stand in long queues with no consideration from rude security guards

    Poor customer service. Unwilling to accommodate a long standing repeat customer with a reasonable request such as swopping out a unopened product for one with a different flavor within two weeks of purchase just because the slip is lost. Definitely lost my business.

    Special shows buy 3 for R30 on fridge. Query at till they cancel payment to double check they confirm special and says the price is correct. Pay and it's isn't correct they want all private information for refund for the overcharge. Pricing always wrong look at other reviews supervisor and branch manager must take responsibility for pricing not being updated and promotions removed. In accordance with popia how are you destroying the private information you take down on paper sheets for refunds. We didn't provide information after receiving spam previously after filling in a refund at this branch. Is this just incompetence or retaliation.

    November 2022 : Dischem Northern Cape Mall Kimberley has impaired air conditioning. Sewerage smell and poor ventilation. Dangerous for customers and employees. Possible source of Legionaires Disease. Urgent attention is advised.

    The Pharmacy is the worst. Gives wrong pills. And often the wrong mg. Happened 5 times this year already. Each time we had to go back.
