I enjoyed the service I received. Although there could be a better way to manage the communication because talking on the phone it was hard to keep track of whom I initially spoke to and that caused a little confusion. But professional service.

They fixed the tyre fir my husband but after a day it was flat again. They came to my rescue as I was stuck at work with no allen key to take the mag cap off. The came out to my place of employment fitted the spare. They then went to fix the tyre which I collected from them an hr later. All st no charge. We started losing a tire just outside Kimberly. Luckily we were able to make it in. The staff were friendly and approachable, managed to fit us in on super short notice. Was very happy with our experience during a very stressful travel here.

Any car repair is a nerve wracking and harrowing experience especially when you're unsure of how much the process will cost but at this workshop I felt at ease. All the staff were kind and courteous. The shocks I replaced had a factory fault and required a review then another replacement which the mechanics worked on past closing time. Professional service.
