The female working as the person answering calls have been very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend anyone to attend this practice. This speaks to poor workmanship and a general lack of respect for patients.

The lady`s at reception have no respect for patients!! But the doctors are fantastic.

Female doctors are good with patients and children, receptionists can use some training in the handling of people. Generally a good place, they really go out to help people not to make money.

Took my daughter for check up. She's child is fine and had to rush her to Hospital just afterwards. Called multiple time so that Dr Jacob's can give me a referral letter. Receptionist said she will call me back. Never did still waiting till now. She doesn't care for her patients.

Dissatisfied with consultation. There was a new Dr who was googling and texting another Dr about my symptoms. My blood pressure was not checked, temperature wasn't taken, ears & throat were not examined.

Receptionist, the 1 lady,because there is 2,has no to none respect for people.

Always willing to help great doctors. Get medicine with consultation saves you on fees. Can get really full rather make an appointment

Will never see my family again. After 14 years to much money and too little patient care.
