Disappointed, felt very disheartened by the lack of interest from the staff. We were wanting to adopt 2 dogs and were told the out of town home inspector is away for 2 weeks so we will just have to see if they can get someone else to come out. In other words the poor dogs will have to sit there for 2 weeks until they can get someone to come and inspect my property. Generally rescues are more interested in getting the dogs out into a loving home as quick as possible, you would have thought an alternative plan would have been in place for this situation!

I went to the little shop attached to the SPCA. Books and other little items available at very reasonable costs. Supporting the SPCA also helps with running costs. Just check their opening hours and go support, maybe even adopt a pet while you're there. Friendly and kind people around. :)

They are very loving toward the animals and have recently opened a preloved store to help get some extra money in for the fur babies, please see if you can help them by stopping by and purchasing something

Today I called spca and the lady that answered the phone, when I greeted her before I started to conversation. She responded by asking me what's my problem and I knew I was going to have a tough time explaining my situation to someone on the other line who is already annoyed. I told her that there is a number of astray cats in my backyard and they have also given birth and I needed the help of spca. She told me that they don't have vehicles and I must place the cats in a room or in a cage. I was left with that question mark, so I have decided to poison the cats since there was no other way of getting rid of them. Spca might have helped certain people of fluent Afrikaans speaking but they certainly didn't assist me.

I love the SPCA. I just wish they could get more donations from our community to help the animals. Donations can help the dog park become the place for animal enthusiasts to train their beloved animal friends. Let's hope that in the future, more people will jump on board to try and make the SPCA enhance their facilities and dog park. Keep up the good work, SPCA caregivers. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

Highly disappointed with this branch of the SPCA. Multiple concerns surrounding a property with uncontrolled breeding of dogs have been reported. Dozens of dogs can be seen & heard crying throughout the day & night. Some puppies have wandered onto our premises, where we have taken it upon ourselves to find them loving homes after the tenants showed no interest in their safety & wellbeing.

Please support the Kimberley SPCA. Inspector Mario and the rest of the staff is always willing to help. They also assist when there's veld fires...helping the animals in need.

Great people animals come first so matter what problem there is. It just a pity that they close on sunday and ipen till 12 on a saturday

SPCA staff are animal lovers and go the extra mile to keep the strays healthy, happy and comfortable

People where very friendly and very helpful. Helped us all the way going thru, i would really recomend the SPCA if you wang to adopt a fur Baby
