Poor service delivery. There was an attempt of robbery next to my house. My son and I tried to pnhe the police for several hours with no success.

Worse service ever. The charge office has no order or queueing system and very understaffed. Now we know why SA is in a state

We conducted performance review session. 1st semester performance all 91 station commanders and vispol commanders of all station and all the provincial management attended and accounting on the policing in the Northern on a journey toward a Safer South Africa. The service of Kimberly saps is also excellent. As I visited the csc all community was getting assistance. Their financial office was also excellent and professional in terms of assistance claims itineraries

Poor service delivery by saps kby. I had an accident 14/12/2018 and i called 10111 twice & 6 police vans passed the scene claiming they do patrol on malls and CBD. They claimed not to be in possession of the accident report questionnaire. Im appalled by this conduct and want contact the police watchdog on Tuesday . Im really frustrated

I have been phoning for an hour straight on both numbers and I get no answer.

We can never relay on the police, one who call a thousand times but they will never come. They only come once the person is dead. Weak service

My daughter has been sitting at the station (today, NOW!!) to make a statement for insurance purposes and she's been waiting for over 2 hours now!!😡😡😡😡 What the hell??????😡😡😡 She is still waiting!!😡😡
