Securities on duty are extremely out of order. I had just bought a cold beverage at the Liquor Store for which I have a receipt for and asked to proceed without my plastic being clipped for the simple reason that I am to buy other items which would have to be placed in the same plastic. The male security officer held my plastic against my will until I approached Ms. Gladys Khiba, the supervisor I assume who told him to restrain himself as the client has the receipt. Kindly see the slips hereto attached and the camera roll at between 17h20 and 17h30. As for this specific branch, I'll gladly accept the inconvenience of going to other stores in the vicinity. You've lost a very loyal customer because of this treatment

I got what I needed, and it's very easy to maneuver around the store. The aisles are very spacious. Fresh food too, and the outside view is amazing with the statue.

I was at recieving area, bad manners from both Manager and Recievers, Arrived there at 9 there was only 2 supplies at moment, but I was recieved around 12 and get my paper work at 16h00. That,s almost the whole day there

8: 25 in the morning Checkers is already full... only 2 tills open with queues going down the aisle. People just want to pop in get a few things and out but that is not possible due to lack of open tills you have wait 20 to 30 min for a few items... cant better planning be put in place for busy times of the day.

Beautifully upgraded. Interesting lay-out. I like it. More fast cashiers could be introduced. 3 cashiers insufficient to handle the long qeue effectively. Long wait at month end and lunch time.

A very convenient store for quick shopping. It has friendly and respectful staff,reasonable prices and fresh food products. The isles are easy to navigate; It doesn't have a pharmacy inside. You rarely find long queues and store is always clean. It has a vehicle space infront for pickups and drop offs, with sufficient parking.

Nice and convenient place to shop at one always gets what you want, especially in the kids lunch box things are made easier now.

It has all I need. Prices are sometimes better than other stores. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The cake slice was not the best actually the worst lemon slice I have ever had and also the chicken, my God the chicken. It was extremely dry and the skin was hard .

Worst experience ever... Wrong prices on shelves. Deli staff rude and very aggressive ordered mini vetkoek they refused to give fresh unless yesterday's stock was sold out. Checkers need to be less stingy! Saterdag morning month end and out off 17 available tills only 4 is open. The rows is so long you can even walk properly.

Located in a mall (Diamond Pavilion) with free parking. Security is great with traffic control for both cars and padestrians. Always a pleasant experience

The store is clean, it sells fresh produce deli serves fresh food as well the only problem is that some cashiers are rude and unfriendly at the same time.

This Checkers is situated just on the side of the CBD. There is lots of parking with security guards. The centre/little mall is wel maintained and clean. This Checkers is always well stocked. Personel are always helpfull.

The place is nice and clean but the staff can do with an improved attitude

Overall s nice layout, not to big. However, the deli section is very slow. We spent a good 20 min waiting to be helped with 5 other people waiting, if you get to the till and something won't scan, you might as well leave it as on-floor service is slow to get price info. Till employees are very nice and friendly.

I've bought rotten food at Checkers New Park on 16/05/2023 The eisbein and the savory rice was rotten. Only the pumpkin was right. I'm bitterly disappointed by this shabby treatment I've suffered and the hard-earned money I've lost in the process.
