    Not once did they answer the phone when I called. I've been studying through Unisa for 2 years now and never once did someone answer the phone whenever I called. Poor service when it comes to the phone. When I go into the offices, there's a long line and nobody gives direction or asks for what reason people are there for... There's usually one or two people behind the glass to assist people. Very slow service

    I don't understand why they have a phone line if nobody answers it. I'm honestly so confused. Do they not hear the phones ring or do they purposely not asnwer. But, once you do end up using all your money to take a taxi there to find out one thing that could have easily been answered over the phone, they are very helpful and friendly.

    Helpful staff but have to work on their phone lines availability. You have to call them again and again to get an answer.

    Unisa is safely tucked in the comfort of the mall on the first floor and easily accessible to students that commute and motorists...the location is very idealπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ and the staff are very helpful.

    There are some very helpful and friendly people. Unfortunately you need two Elves Ears, the original needle that pricked Sleeping Beauty's finger, a feather of a Phoenix and three Ice Cubes from Neptune to actually talk to them. They're difficult people to reach. . . No stars for you.

    It has most definitely gotten better. There is a lady there Lesego Molou, an absolute Angel πŸ˜‡, always going the extra mile at helping with all issues.

    All these years with Unisa there’s no student support with Unisa in Kimberley Northern Cape and they never pick up their phones
