The natural serenity of the facility is excellent and I truly loved the environment. I commend the management for maintaining the lawns and landscaping. However, I'm disappointed with the services we received. We travelled hundreds of kilometers for a quad biking experience but failed to get value for our money, especially after paying for a 2-hour ride only to get about 1 hr 10 minutes of the entire 2 hrs. Despite our complaints, no compensatory ride was offered. Instead, the staff simply argued over why they had to waste our time observing a rock for 30 minutes (for reference, I have attached an image of the rock we were defrauded with). The food service was also pathetic, with long delay times and cold food with poor quality for the price being served. Disheartening that I had to request the waitress to microwave the food after waiting for it for over an hour. I wish I'd read previous reviews of client complaints about the poor quad bike and food services since I had to cut short a three-day stay on the first day and would never wish to visit the facility again. UPDATE: Despite the hotels "management" response to investigate our experience, it has neither contacted us or written a formal apology. This is clearly evident of their "don't-care" attitude to clients' feedback about their pathetic services.

Excellent place to spend a day or night. Good experience and very good service (Emmanuel and Deborah are stars). The food is well done and rooms decent enough. Recommended

Surprisingly beautiful place. Especially at night. Well kept. Great service. Natural forest-like surroundings with a luxurious touch. The quality of food served here for the price is a little wanting. But nothing beats the scenery. Great place to visit with family and friends!

Was here after 2 years! Great place as usual. Fantastic pool,serene and private. Fast service,good portions but the meat wasn’t as tender. Now,they converted the changing rooms into something for the staff;so you have to change in the corridor right beside the toilets,extremely disgusting. So maybe visit and don’t swim🙃

About the location, it serves well if you have means to get there. You need a car since it's in the hide out of lukenya hill slops. Then, the serenity is super with green fields making your stay absolutely serein. Customer service is super to the notch. Young and energic staff always on you to check on your welfare. I highly recommend for private meetings, conferences, corporate events, proposal and birthdays events. They have good facilities for all these!

Cute getaway place if you’re looking for somewhere to chill away from the city. The staff were friendly, the food was great and the swimming pool was clean. We also went quad biking in the evening, which started with a training session and eventually a ride around the area. The sunset was gorgeous! The view of the city from Lukenya in the evening was just breathtaking. The only problem we had was the staff were a bit slow but other than that, it’s a really nice place to hang.

Great facilities BUT poor service. Everything was slow from food being brought to your table, it being served cold, buffet was a rip off - you pay so much money for so little portions. Improve on your service and this would be an awesome place for family, friends and group activities.

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxed getaway consider this place. The staff is friendly, food portion is generous and well presented, the atmosphere is just one of a kind. Thanks Mike and to your wonderful staff I enjoyed my stay.

Lawns , trees and canopy are excellent! The restaurant had good staff! Food is fresh The Motocross opportunity was missed! The place had guests who were taking the hour riding. Not clear how the protective gear is sanitised with Covid . Will buzz the manager to plan better.

The best place any human who deserves luxury and happiness can visit!! From staff to the food to all the fun.. My family will always visit Though next time I have to burgain for a discount since my 90% uneaten fingerlicking chicken and wet fry goat meat wasn't given back to me while leaving 🤣🤣

Quad Biking Beware: when making the payment they will advise you to send half on the offical till number and the other half to private number. they also dont provide receipts. when asked why the other half is sent to a private number. answers are very vaige

Very ideal for Couple retreat! Definitely coming back for the personalized experience from staff, the rustic-countryside aura and the quadbike ride to a sunset view on top of Lukenya Hill.

A good gateway from Nairobi. Awesome for teams or family . You will not enjoy as a loner.

If poor quality service was a person then Lukenya motor cross would be it. Orders take hours and the wait staff keep running round in circles. I have never been to a restaurant that did not have sufficient cutlery and all the wait staff excuses was that they are all new and started work the same day. Never going back to this place. Pathetic service at its best

The grounds are very beautiful with lots of interesting pockets of space. Environment is 10/10 and I commend them for keeping the place so green in such a dry area. However, it is such a shame that such a gorgeous and well manicured place has the worst service. The staff are slow, and seem to not know anything at all. There also doesn't seem to be a manager on ground. This is based on a few visits. On my last visit I came with family for lunch and no one came to serve us at all for almost an hour. We had to leave and go to the nearby Lukenya Getaway. If they did some staff training, and had a manager on the ground to supervise staff and and answer customer quesries, they could very easily be the gem of the area, by far. Based on the reviews, customer service is the main issue. Something to work on.

It's an ideal place for camping, private parties and picnic or a private wedding.. It's very private 😉☺️

Lukenya Motocross is a good Place, the owner has invested well, but the Services need to be Improved. Went there with Colleagues, the buffet was cold they didn't place warmers,

The place is so beautiful with well manicured gardens. You will enjoy some amazing dining spots. The staff are so friendly.

Amazing staff Amazing meal Amazing rooms and spacious and veeery quiet i could even hear myself breathing..took my other half there and she loved it. Quadbike adventure is a killer!!! I would go back there anyday the place is extremely amazing.😂 The place is green but on your way there you might think that you are lost because outside is totally different from inside.

Lovely out of town getaway! They have lovely tents for camping, lovely outdoor and indoor activities, quad-bikes, swimming, scrabble etc etc. lots of fun stuff to do here! Ideal for a weekend getaway. The food is fair.. decent enough.. large portions. Staff are friendly and professional. For the best experience, visit during off-peak season. It can get pretty packed during the holiday season and on public holidays. Nice for small parties be events.

The hotel ambience is on another level,the greenery makes it serene for every activity you might have in mind. And the staff are friendly and accommodating especially the house keeper 💗💗

The service was not the best. After asking for our table to be wiped, our server just covered it with a cloth, without wiping it😲. After waiting for more than an hour for the food, it was horrible. We couldn't eat it. The meat was full of bones and inedible cartilage, not for consumption for humans. After raising the issue, the waiter was called and at first tried to deny any issue but admitted that the suppliers had supplied bad quality meat. What an excuse. It was terrible. When a different person saw the food they admitted wrongdoing and apologized. They later gave us a small portion of chicken to carry home.
