This is the only target in the area that has a limit of 8 items for self checkout. One would expect that they would have a few normal cashiers open but they always only have one cashier open. I was in the store last night and the line was insanely long we decided not to buy anything. Either embrace self checkout or not. 8 item limit is absolutely insane, if your not going to do self checkout you need more than one cashier and with an 8 item limit you should just remove self checkout all together. Also I’m convinced the Pizza Hut at this place has no open hours. We’ll be going to the Sterling or Leesburg location from now on.

Target is the to go place for everyday low prices. The store is expansive with groceries dairy pharmacy clothing kitchen bed and bathroom supplies toiletries. A tremendous selection of national brands and house brands and good prices. Ample parking and easy access from the highway.

Lately I have not been a huge Target fan, but I had to shout out Chris at Guest Services today. I had a challenging issue with a Circle offer and Chris took as long as needed to help get it fixed. He was patient and kind, and I appreciate it so much! Thanks, Chris!

October 3,2023 around 5:30 at self checkout the employee was very rude when I simply asked for help using my gift card. He gave me dirty looks for holding the line up when I could’ve been faster if he just helped me. I even had less than the 8 items posted. I will not be returning to this target location.

No ULTA. Long lines. Rude staff. Starbucks told my husband he couldn't check out there unless he bought a DRINK. (Not water, cookie, snackbox etc.) We left. Items and all. Corporate needs to retrain the staff at this location and add more self check out stations.

I do my own checkout and when the price is not the same as posted, why is the first question of your staff -- did I take a picture of the price?? I mean I already don't bother any employee when I shop and now I have to do the simple job of making sure prices are correct too?? Come on!!

Target's phone service could use some MAJOR improvement. Even Walmart picks up faster. It's shameful. If the call gets disconnected every time I select '2' or 'electronics', then what's the point of having phones in the store? It's frustrating when you're trying to get help or information, but the call just automatically ends. It might as well be like there are no phones in the store at all

I was quite impressed by the cleanliness of not to mention the bright LED lights. Around the store. Additionally there were smiling folks who are happy to be working late hours. Shopping with Target's app on your phonehas been made super simple but clear directions to which I land which pay your particular product is in. located centrally in Ashburn this particular Target store is within striking distance of a lot of residential communities as well as in the midst of other commercial locations like Wegmans. Finallythe store tells the store has a good selection of items and the phone application tells you if the items are in stock or not.
