    **Nightmare Experience – Do Not Rent Here!** My stay at Heronview Apartments has been nothing short of a nightmare due to a severe bed bug infestation that the management has utterly failed to address since August 1st. From the moment I moved in, I noticed bites on my skin, but I never suspected the extent of the issue until it became unbearable. After discovering bed bugs in my apartment, I reported it to the management, expecting immediate action. Unfortunately, their response was not only slow but also completely inadequate. Living with bed bugs has been emotionally and physically draining. Sleepless nights, incessant itching, and the constant fear of being bitten have taken a toll on my well-being. Despite multiple complaints, the management’s attempts to resolve the problem were half-hearted at best, and the bugs persisted, making my living situation unbearable. Additionally, the lack of empathy and communication from the management further added to my frustration. It’s disheartening to see how little they cared about the well-being and comfort of their tenants. I implore anyone considering renting at Heronview Apartments to look elsewhere. The presence of bed bugs in the apartments not only indicates poor hygiene standards but also highlights the management’s negligence and lack of responsibility. Save yourself the anguish and sleepless nights – find a place where your health and peace of mind are valued. This has been a truly horrific experience, and I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy.

    Current resident and unfortunately I agree with others about how they never answer any phone calls, emails. To the point where they deposit a check that what meant to just hold the community room and when asked why? never gave us any answers, even after a month of this issue we are still being charge full amount of the rent. Called again today and like always nothing, the last resource I have (and for a month been using) is sending family members to see if they are sitting in the office so I can call my family member to be put on speaker due to me being at work and being the only English speaker Do not rent again. Marcela was so much better and actually cared about the building itself

    I have lived here for a year and just renewed my lease for another year. I have had a wonderful experience here. I definitely miss Marcella. She was such a huge help with the application process and was always available if we needed anything. I have had a great experience with the new manager, Candace, as well. After experiencing an incredibly traumatic event in my life, she and the other staff here were very supportive and caring. Whenever I see anyone from the leasing office, they genuinely ask if I’m doing okay. Even Marcella reached out to me. So five stars from me. I look forward to the next year at Heronview. ❤️

    Five star ***** is not enough to show how happy I AM with Marcela. She is extremely helpful, amazing, she answered all of my questions and very caring and make you feel like family/friends. She was so kind through the whole process. She is professional and extremely willing to help! Overall, I am impressed by how prompt, organized and smooth my move-in was. The apartments are BEAUTIFUL and very spacious! Needless to say, this property to anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet place to live in a great location. I'm very grateful and pleased with the level of service I've received!!!

    My wife, son and I lived at Heronview for 1 year. It was the best renting experience we've ever had! We were helped through the application process and getting into our apartment by Marcela. She was very kind and informative throughout our whole application and stay at Heronview. We always felt she was for us and very caring. Our apartment was so lovely and spacious! Top notch appliances. We will always look back fondly on our time at Heronview.

    I appreciate the quick response from the office manager when I have questions or concerns. I know there has been no maintenance or porter for many months here and I have seen the manager picking up trash, mopping the elevator, washing windows. She goes above and beyond to make our living areas presentable and I feel we are lucky to have her.

    Never answer the phones and when they do they are very rude no telephone etiquette POOR customer service all around. Also every website says there income limit for 2 ppl is 28,000 but the manager says 60,000 for 2 ppl THAT IS NOT INCOME BASED!!!!! I am looking for a friend who is a receptionist and a single mother that is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!

    Does anyone WORK in the office at this community? I’ve been calling for weeks just to hear that their mailbox is full. I’ve emailed and I never get a response. I finally drove there today and there is a sign on the door saying they are at 100% occupancy and they have a two year wait list. I wish this could have been told to me through phone or email without me having to drag my newborn out and across town in the cold just to see a sign taped to the door. Don’t waste your time trying to get up with these people. To be honest, I’m not even sure they exist.
