Best rental townhome community by far in the area. You feel like you’re in an actual neighborhood, the common spaces are always well maintained. Will be sad to leave when we have to move as we definitely won’t be able to find something as beautiful! Only cons are that the gym/pool is far away (not walkable with small kids) and the laundry space is a little tight. The finishes and backyard spaces are beautiful.

I called and inquired about some of the units becoming available in the near future and Nadia (who is new) was so sweet and patient and helpful to me. It made deciding to live here a piece of cake. Cannot wait to move into my new home!

Townhouse: We have truly enjoyed our time at the City Center Townes. The townhomes are very modern, and spacious inside and out. We have a three-bedroom with a two-car garage with two additional external car spots in the driveway. It has hardwood floors all over with carpet in the bedrooms and gorgeous tiles in the bathrooms. It also has brand new appliances all over along with a washer and dryer in the unit. Community: Our children have enjoyed playing in the gated backyard, patio deck, and beautiful playground. We don’t own dogs but they do have a big dog park and lots of greenery for your fur babies to explore. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. There is a beautiful and clear trail for biking, walking, and jogging. Customer service: From the moment we met the leasing agent, to our rental setup, to our move-in transition, it has truly been a phenomenal experience. I would like to give a big shout-out to the property management lead, Mr. Abubakarr Sesay, and his incredible team. They are very responsive, and show tremendous respect and courtesy for your home. Thank you for the premium and excellent service.

Moved in this February and it was a straight forward process that was exactly as expected. The house itself is wonderful with fantastic amenities. The gym is very small and has little equipment but it is better than nothing. Additionally they have been very quick to respond to any issues or maintenance concerns and keep the common areas very clean for everyone. Very happy with this townhouse.

Just moved into the community. It's a beautiful townhome, with modern amenities and high quality appliances. The move-in experience was nothing short of perfect. Amanda, Alex and Damon were a tremendous help in setting up my services and accommodating some custom requests to make my move-in experience as simple and comfortable as possible. As a returning Lerner resident, I glad they kept the same quality of service in a larger, more complex community. One of the many perks is a 24/7 maintenance crew! That is supper helpful, especially when you have a family and need something fixed asap.
