    I have been a member since 2001 I love this place great prices very easy to find what you want I went today and I found an amazing deal on plants 🪴 couldn’t believe my self how much they selling it for I got money tree for only $10 it’s was very big and it was amazing price usually it is $50 I couldn’t believe my self I bought 3 and another plane total of 5 very happy with my new babies 😊

    Worse company to work for a lot of favoritism nothing gets done what managers nd supervisors promise. They all care about they numbers and they bonuses. When any worker talks to supervisor or managers nothing gets done everything keeps moving like nothing happens in the store. No communication between no one. You ask some one higher about something and they give you an answer and you ask some one else and they give you all different answers. I am a worker here now but because of the need of the job. This store needs new supervisors and managers we have had better managers in the past because now it looks like they only get family or of same country of Theres. This store needs cleaning done of all workers at sterling Sam’s.

    Go to Costco. Member Services desk doesn't even know how their own app works. First, he grabbed my phone out of my hand without asking, which I wasn't comfortable with, and he tried to tell me my return item wasn't on my card; I had to show him where it was. He tried to argue with me about it, and I was right. I had to get a refund for the cafe too because their ice cream machine is never working. He tried to argue with me about that, too. He was wrong again. It is disappointment after disappointment at this place.

    I love my Sam’s Club. The employees are friendly and professional. It’s always well stocked and clean. The Managers are amazing, Joseph really goes the extra mile to help.

    Went to get gas. There was a truck in front of me filling up. Cones were on the side of the pump. When the truck in front of me left the screen in the pump was not functioning. A sams club employee came up to me and asked me if I could see. I said “excuse me?” Then he moved the cones in-front of the pump to inform other customers. If that is the way your employees speak to customers I will be cancelling my membership and going to Costco or BJ’s. This place is ridiculous .

    Sam’s is my go to place for the great roasted chickens @4.99 flavor and size beats all the rest hands down. It’s a given I go in for a bird and leave spending $75 -$100 as there’s always other great buys had. An observation over this past year or so with store remodeling/updates/renovations in the name of expediency I guess and cost saving on labor. the do it yourself trends are not always the best from a customer service perspective. Customer service aside and profits up maybe . I really dislike the removal of the flashing light when you require assistance or age verification especially. you are left looking around for a floor Mgr if you can find one, hope to make eye contact and flag one down. The responsibility should not be forced to the customer to ask for help. The Mgr should be visible and come to you . Be present, visible and aware of the front area. Bring back the flashing light ! Appreciate your loyal customer base. Don’t make us have to work to spend our $ in your store.

    Made my first visit to Sam’s Club and took out membership. Its close to Lowes as well as Walmart. Easy inside…line for member services but moved quickly as the Eye employee helped out. Walked around to become familiar. Not as large as Costco. But had items like Mucinex 600 which Costco does not have. Also picked up some winter clothes. Looked at gift cards and again unlike Costco had actual physical cards for a restaurant that you only can get online at Costco. I plan on visiting again.

    Very disappointed.. I asked to look at a ring for around $1,600.00 and I never before was asked for my ID.. it's not just the ID part it was the way she looked at me head to toe. Do I look like a criminal? Not once was I ever asked for my ID to look at jewelry from any other Sam's club locations. This lady had on a scarf with glasses happened around 4:00pm. It's sad I feel really bad for her for being ignorant and racist. It's like me profiling all middle eastern people with scarfs are all Muslim and are terriosts. I will never return back to this Sam's club again.

    Sam's Club is one of my favorite wholesale clubs with one the cheapest commodity prices and with a fantastic credit card from synchrony bank. Although there is a membership fee, the cash rewards you get surpasses this fee. It's lovely out here.

    Always a good selection of items. I just prefer consistency from the door greeters. Either check my membership every time or never. Also, when exiting, I’ve always had 4 items scanned and then I leave. Today I had 3 items scanned and then waited while she counted every item. Again, if that’s the rules I’m completely fine with that, but don’t do it when you feel like it. Makes me feel like you suspect I’m trying to get over and not pay for items.

    Great selection, nice layout. We love the self check stations. There are more than enough to manage a rush. Everything was clean, stocked, and available. The produce and deli items were fresh. Great store.

    As I went to the club today to apply for a plus membership from the $45 membership and the Latina woman at do it yourself cashier told me I need to have a itin number to apply for plus membership. It took her about 7 minutes to even help me because she was listening to music on her cell phone and it was a few customers that we need it help. She was very sarcastic and rude after I told her I didn’t want to give her my itin and she said it could not do it on the machine to pay she had to do it from a computer she had wit her. As I was walking to the door I asked a lady at a cashier machine if it was true we need it itin and she said no I ask to talk to manager and I was sent to another Latina young lady and I told about my problem she did my membership nicely this shopping was very bad I will not go back and make sure someone higher nows because that’s is not fair or the laws. I will post it on my social and let the community now what Sam’s club does to the customers they have to.

    My son came to visit on Father’s Day and cook me a spectacular meal. A great place to start is the Meat Department at Sam’s. They had lots of beautiful steaks as usual but he wanted them cut special. Luckily, Kossi was working and after a brief discussion with my son, cut up two of the most beautiful 2” prime Ribeyes you have ever seen. That’s the way he is. I go to Sam’s frequently because it’s so easy to shop there. I NEVER have a line because I use their Scan and Go app. In the Meat Department Kossi or one of his folks are always willing to offer suggestions and guidance. That makes for a great shopping trip.

    I had received poor service at Sam club. I had a very long wait time in the food court line. All I ordered was a whole pizza and once it was my turn. The cashier told me that I would have to wait 2 hours or more to purchase my pizza. I bought a sundae and was very warm. It wasn’t frozen at all.

    Always a pleasure shopping at Sams club Sterling. I'm not a fan of self check out, but I always see Ali working the registers and I always go to his line no matter how long the wait. Ali is the best. He is familiar with the process and gets customers through the line as quick as possible.

    Sam's goes woke. They win, you lose. In order to save the planet, Sam's no longer issues membership cards. You have to use the app. Imagine that. So when you use the app, you don't get a receipt for your business needs or to turn into your employer for reimbursement , you get to.print it out yourself at home, lucky you. You want to buy gas?? You gotta use the app. Once again, no receipt for reimbursement . If your phone screen is messed up, or your carrier doesn't have coverage in the area or you don't have to your phone (heaven forbid), they'll give you a day pass...which is a printed barcode in paper (if you can believe it) which you can scan at the pump. But wait, the pumps don't have a barcode scanner on them. So you get to talk to Mr. Friendly at the gas pumps for 20 minutes who will lecture you on why you need to upgrade your phone so you can get a signal, buy a new wireless printer and learn how to use the air print app to print your receipts at home, before he'll finally scan HIS STORE Card for you. That's right, HE gets a card but you can't, there goes the Planet. Most of our visits to Sam's are for petrol, so it's always a hassle trying to get a receipt at the pump now. It especially hurts when many times were looking at Costco gas price which is 5 to 10 cents cheaper per gallon. Next renewal will be for Costco. Time to give them another chance, I suppose.

    As a small household, I didn't immediately see the use for a Sam's Club membership. But I definitely recommend this store to pick up larger amounts of products specifically: protein, drinks (such as sparkling water and electrolyte drinks), and paper goods. What prompted me to write this review, however, was the excellent customer service and welcoming expertise of Joseph, one of the managers up front. He helped me with the issue I had with my membership email, explaining every step along the way and making sure my problem was completely resolved. He also walked me through the app set up after I expressed some confusion around it. Despite a busy rush, he was calm and friendly. Ultimately you can go anywhere for groceries, but it's the human factor that keeps me making the 30 minute drive out to this location most weekends :)

    I joined Sam’s club because I was given an offer from T-MOBILE to join for a very low membership fee. They also carry a few different items I like that Costco doesn’t. I love their scan and go, because I am in/out of the store without waiting in long lines. My only complaint is their in store customer service personnel. I have ran into this one customer service guy who I overheard saying “ok, whatever” to customers when they complain and say they will take their business elsewhere. He doesn’t seem to care about his job or helping to provide resolution - Costco would never…… There is no reason why I should have to call the 1-888 customer service number to handle something that happened in store. But I had to do that a few days ago. It’s a good store if you don’t have to deal with the in store customer service personnel. FYI, I still have my Costco membership this is just a backup.

    This is just a sam’s club in general review. I got a membership and found that I was not happy, so I canceled it months ago. After everything was confirmed, I just forgot about Sam’s club till they charged me again for a canceled membership. After 20 minutes of being on the phone with them. They said that I never canceled it, even though I spent about 30 minutes talking to a guy before to cancel the membership. Finally a different guy said he took care of it, even though I was unnecessarily rude to him. Just beware getting a membership with them. If you cancel it, you might need to do it a few times and sit on forever hold to get a refund.

    This is a great store. Always clean. During the week it is very low traffic, and not too bad on the weekend. They just opened a sushi station that is fabulous! They make it fresh while you are waiting or have some available. They will even do party trays of sushi!

    Good place for a good and fast experience at a warehouse club. I usually find the place a lot less crowded than Costco and lines are shorter. Also being a plus member allows me to shop as early as 7 AM in the morning. The staff at the warehouse club is also helpful and attentive to your needs.

    Sam's Club is an awesome place to shop. Great prices, LOTS of deals, friendly service, and they have riding shopping carts available! I'm new to the Club and it grows bigger and better on me each time I go in. Learning where things are in the store. Getting better, yeah! And I want to add that Margaret is always busy and friendly at the front entrance. Sam's is another NEW go to store for me. Note: If you use a riding cart, please bring it back inside so others can shop at ease who need it. I always do. Thanks everyone. ❤ Doretha

    Very disappointed with the manager. I purchased a T-shirt Eddie Bauer, at least It is what I thought I picked up, when I got back home I realized it was Members Mark brand. I made a claim to her about it. Those T-shirts were in a box that belongs to Eddie Bauer. I asked her to remove the box and the customers couldn’t get confused. I am in the store after one month and the same box is still there with stuff from different brand.

    Their protection plans here are a scam, do not purchase them they actually do not repair once you get a hold of the protection “repair“ people. They send you your damaged products back to you in the same conditions. Learn to not buy protection plans here from my experience
