The staff were very friendly!!! The rooms were very clean but needed some upkeep. There was an access panel under bathroom sink that had fallen off. The light in the bathroom had rust all around it. The property could use some TLC. I had a nice stay and like I said...friendly staff and clean rooms. All in all wasn't bad. P.S. I called about what kind of pillows they use bc I slept so good on them and the front desk clerk tried his best to find out for me to no avail. Thank u for going above and beyond!!!!

The room was better than expected. I was impressed with the size of the fridge/ freezer and the kitchenette came with a sink and 2 burners so we could cook for our family. I also loved that they provided dishes & a couple small appliances and appreciated seeing a full size trash can (which is needed for a family of 4). We got a great price for 5 nights directly on the choice hotel website. And all of the staff I had encounters with we’re helpful and provided great customer service. I had went to get assistance last night with a few things I needed as well as some information on another weeks stay and (Lisa) was on staff at the front desk and although she had a customer over the phone and another walk in behind me, she was soooo kind and helpful. She gave me helpful information and assisted me in booking another stay for next week. I appreciate her friendliness and genuine kind hearted spirit more than she’ll know. Thank you Lisa & all the other staff Surburban/Quality Inn & Suites for an amazing experience during our stay.

I have never stopped at a place that was so dirty. The outside was nasty. My room someone had been Laying on the bed and ashes in the commode. People were hanging around outside living in the car. I did not feel safe. I went in and cancelled my reservations and left. The gentleman at the desk was nice though and apologized. I be have traveled all over the world and have ever seen a place this bad that I felt I had to leave.

The room smelled horrible, I ended up getting multiple air fresheners to try and help the smell. The room was extremely muggy which is why everything felt wet and there was mold growing on the ceiling. There was no toilet paper in the room. We tried to let my daughter crawl around on the floor to get some exercise but after 5 minutes she came back covered in dirt and immediately needed a bath. Just a horrible stay, didn't trust to lay under the covers and the washer/dryer machines were unusable. Don't waste your money here, stay somewhere else!
