I could have made the place work; even with long term residents apparently living there, cigarette butt cans overflowing, trash overflowing, virtually no breakfast items to eat. But I draw the line at paying $117.88 for a room with a bed that has hair AND blood on the sheets. We either had to find another hotel or go down to the desk at 10:00 pm to get new sheets and make our own bed before being able to sleep that night. Now I’ve been one week trying to speak to someone who will authorize a partial reimbursement and can’t get anyone in any authority to return my calls or emails. Beware travelers on I95. You’d be happier to pass this one by and give your money to someone who will take good care of you. Oh how I desperately wish I could share the pictures with you all!!!!

Scary and gross. Scary looking people hanging out everywhere. The front desk people are extremely polite. But the first room I received wasn't even clean. The second smelled like cigarettes and the bathtub was dirty. (How do you not clean a bathtub?) Several rooms smelled like Marijuana as I walked by. Never again.

The rooms were dirty, bathroom wreeked of urine and cigarette smoke. Towels in the bathroom looks like they were used to clean the floor with, black. The pillow cases were dirty and had hair all-over. The sheets were dirty, with stained on them, as well as the mattress cover looks like dried blood and some dark brown color stains. The refrigerator just nasty. Had to change room but not better. Keypad had to reset every night. Questionable people lurking around. So much more to mention but I'll leave it at this. Would definitely not recommend for anyone to stay here unless they really fix these issues and more.

I travel alot and have stayed in many different chains of hotels but this was a nightmare. For me, "Days Inn" is now, "Never Inn". It should be a crime for what they charge and didn't have hot water, but was told that a work order will be put in for the following day. That was not the beginning of this nightmare. There were 3 rooms reserved at the same but was hard for them to put them together because they were sold out, that was a lie. They have people living there long term and employees but it will be too hard for them to put them on one side of this NASTY property. The room door seemed that it was broken into multiple times. Refrigerator had rust on the bottom, curtains was dirty, bathroom sink was dirty, toilet and shower was dirty. The only 2 bath and hand towels were dirty, good thing I had extras in the car. When I left the room, I felt that I had too wipe my feet before stepping out, not to dirty the rest of the world. I'm not all about trashing places, but is was the worst and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Wyndham should take some time to read this and rethink about putting their name as part of this property. I am part of Wyndham ownership, but will not stay in this place again, EVEN if it was free...

Just another motel, not too bad as far as cleanliness, way sub par everything else, especially for the price. Check in around 4pm, got back to the room at 9ish room Card key did not work, bathroom door was hanging by a “thread”, did not close, tv did not have basic channels like ABC, and the cherry on the cake was that around 11pm there were people trying to get in the room, very scary, but when I looked out the window was just a family with kids trying to get to the room they were given. I would not stay in this motel again.

The previous reviews were correct, this is one to stay away from. The first room we were given appeared to not have been cleaned for some time, cola sprayed all over the wall, filth on the floors, and the bathroom was even worse. To top it off no smoke detector, looks as if it was just removed. The next room also had no smoke detector, when I asked the front desk she just looked at me. To top it off when we went to dinner the bartender was telling folks not to stay at the Day Inn, very sad that the community is aware of the conditions but management is not.

We didn't know there was no service to clean the room daily. So I had to convince the desk to give us some clean towels. The free breakfast is skimpy. Hot water is sporadic. Sorry but only recommend stay here if on a budget.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We were surprised at how affordable it was to stay here. BUT that was the only good surprise. We needed a handicap accessible room and was given one. Upon first walking into the room it seemed okay until you pay attention a little closer. The floors were dirty, all the corner in the room had dust, the sink in the bathroom had not been cleaned. The BIGGEST disappointment was the shower. When taking a shower the faucet fell off the wall shooting water everywhere! We called the office in which no one answered so we walked down to the front desk and was told someone would be there to fix it soon. 5 hours later at 9pm the maintenance man finally showed up to fix it. He was the most nice person at this property. He had informed us he had to walk to the store to get parts to fix the shower and that had taken him 3 hours. All the problems we had at this location was SO disappointing. We couldn’t even shower! NO ONE offered to switch us rooms even tho it was clear they had plenty of space. ALSO the area we stayed in was the back of the hotel which was dirty and had people that lived there. We complained to the office and was promised a full refund for all of the issues. When we went to get our refund upon checking out we were told the manager had to do it. We called every day for 2 weeks and the “manager” was never there. Finally we did speak with the manager who told us they didn’t give refunds and then person that told us that no longer worked there. One other thing to mention is that not one person was dressed in uniform. 2 different people were actually in pajamas working the front desk! So I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE. Not worth the money, the hassle or the disrespectful staff!!!!! We never received a refund, apology or anything. ONLY terrible excuses and bad customer service!!!!!

I did not stay there for my reservation, when I got to the hotel I was told by the front desk that they are short staffed and the room may not be clean and that if that was the case then he would refund my money. Upon inspecting the room, the door was propped open with the safety latch and the beds were not made and there was trash in the room. So the room was not cleaned or sanitized. I was refunded and went to a different hotel.

The air conditioner didn't work properly so room was very humid and floor sticky and wet. The door was ajar on arrival and I don't feel the room was completely cleaned and finished when I was checked in. The shower curtain was missing and a towel was folded up with dark brown stains and streaks on it. However, the workers were prompt in replacing towel and putting a shower curtain up. The front desk ladies were always polite and courteous trying hard to fix problems and apologizing for the incidences. Breakfast was extremely minimal but coffee was hot and fresh. Would recommend this hotel as it seems to be improving.

I arrived 7/17/22 late evening. I drove 14 hours that day. The staff was inexistente. Finally when he showed up it was a young man, pants below his waist so unprofessional looking that I couldn’t believe that corporate would allow this. Spoke thru a glass wall and his language and tone were unacceptable. I couldn’t understand his mumbling. I was exhausted and just wanted a shower and a bed. The price on the app was lower than he quoted me and told me they don’t accept the app. He gave me a room and I dragged my stuff in the rain to find out there was someone in that room so I had to drag everything back into my car. Went back to the office and no one there again. After a few minutes, he showed up and basically argued that it’s not possible that someone was in that room. After a bit of back and forth, he gave me another room on the second floor which I dragged my luggage up the stairs just to find that someone had that room too!! I blew a gasket!! I went to office and demanded a refund and he refused. So I had to go for the third room. Finally I got a room. I would never recommend or stay here ever again. I will be contacting corporate and request compensation for the horrible experience. There are quite a few other hotels in the are. Choose wisely!!

This was the worst stay on a hotel I have ever had. Upon arriving and checking in the front desk attendant failed to notify us that the hot water was out for the entire building. This was my wedding night and after a long day of getting married I was looking forward to a long hot shower. I would not have stayed in this hotel knowing that there was not any hot water. This also rises the question to sanitation. If there was not any hot then how could this place possibly be cleaned. I will never stay in this hotel again and do not recommend anyone else to stay there. When we called about the hot water the night attendant casually said yes we know there is no hot water. For this hotel it’s about your money not your comfort. I am also calling the city to have a full code inspection done. As for Wyndham rewards I tried on several occasions to contact them for this matter over the course of a few months emails phone calls and yet still no one has contacted me nor replied by email. I say this is a huge disappointment in customer service. Won’t be booking through Wyndham hotels in the future.

You can see daylight through the room door. The bathroom floor hadn’t been mopped in quite some time. Swimming pool was so nasty that no one would swim in it but the employee’s children. Speaking of which, there must be a lot of permanent people staying here. Breakfast was horrible. ZERO juice and whatever kind of mix they use for the waffles should be thrown away. Can’t believe I spent $116 for this nasty place. Outside trash cans haven’t been changed in days. And, we had four people in our room but were only allotted 2 towels. Plus, numerous other issues! Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Check in was awful! The front desk staff was very disrespectful, and using profanities towards us. Then had the nerve to say my wife was an entitled white woman! Really?? The other front desk person was completely different and even refunded our stay.

The decor looked nice. Kind of cool furniture and wall art. But, the room was absolutely filthy. It smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. Dirty floors. Slimy stuff on the bathroom door. Cockroaches crawling over the floor. I tried to sleep. I left the lights on and kept my shoes on the nightstand to kill roaches. Wobbly bed, but the sheets were clean. I took a shower, walked to the bed, and the bottoms of my feet were black. Some effort to make the room clean would have been nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DO NOT LET "NEWLY RENOVATED" FOOL YOU! The room was disgusting, lamps covered in mold, floors dirty, the fridge is easily 25+ years old and covered in rust. Said something at the front desk and was just told "oh wow! The rented you that room?!" Great, thanks. DISGUSTING!

Excellent hotel , a regular stop of mine Room 112 lovely large room , massive bed, it has a wet bathroom for easy bathing for seniors. Stunning Sceptre HD TV , 70 Meg WiFi rock solid. Lovely soft bed one of the best nights sleep I had. I wish I could have taken it home with me. Loads of eating places. Very nice lady on check-in only just started there but very confident and welcoming to guests Will stay here again, gets my vote.

Place is a dump. Don’t let recently renovated fool you. First room we got had baby diapers in the trash. Boogers on the bathroom door and urine on the walls next to the toilet. Dust all alone the corners of the room. Shady people hanging around. Got moved to another room that was worse than the last. Sheets were not clean and the places had junk all over. When asked about the issues the 2 hotel staff said oh well we’re not doing anything for u and our owners don’t care and talked very negatively about them. Said call ur credit card if u don’t like it. Morning breakfast had no bowels or silverware. Stay anywhere but here!!

The room stunk of cigarette smoke. The bath room floor was a mess turning towel black from unwashed dirt. The front door locked but had been broken in and repaired more than once. Outside was covered with butts on the ground. The breakfast was a joke and ran out of coffee.Slept on top of the beds because of my wife's fears. We survived but will not be back. The check in person was very nice and the lobby looked good as well as the pool but that was it. Never again.

Yo what the hell? Why are there two kids working here? Seriously? Why did I just get checked in by two children? What's going on here? This is the ghetto. You get what you pay for, I guess. There's a shoeless baby wandering around the parking lot, 2 homeless dudes scoping the vending machines out, oh, and children working the front desk. What the hell did I just walk into?

The room and bathroom were clean and stocked with soap, shampoo, etc. It had a fridge, microwave and large television. The bed was comfortable and the parking lot was well-lit. Each bed had its own lamp and there were recharging stations.

We were on a budget trip & I was very pleased with the room/building quality/cleanliness as well as the staff being so professional & friendly. They had an issue w/their computer software but, was able to get us in a room shortly after I came back. Btw, everything close/walking distance. They have done a great job preparing this room. The bed was medium comfort, sheets were ok comfort, very nice aesthetics--furniture, artwork, trim and paint job in the room! Definitely updated room for only $64 for a king? The floors were laminate/Wood style-no carpet but, nicely done. But, hard floors can be a bit cold and feel a lil dusty on the feet. Definitely very nicely done bathroom w/upgraded tub surround & NO SLOPPY PAINT! We very much was pleasantly surprise and enjoyed the room. Thank YOU Days Inn :)) The Webb's Rm 107

Looked for a room with a jacuzzi..choice hotel had one.. booked it .. lost cell service on way.. called agent & they booked it again for me. Got there, they did NOT have it. Already gave out cc twice. Lady on phone sent me to Days Inn. They were confused. Wyndham is run by Days Inn. That company should check out their rooms. Wyndham always meant quality to me. No jacuzzi rooms here. WATCH OUT, read reviews! They DO not give back your ID! Ask for it back. You'll have to drive miles back. Reading reviews later, most are spot on. Water smells like sewer, your feet will get black walking on floor, outside can be seen around door, dirt in corners, you probably will find random black hairs, there is a metal frame around bed which I cleaned, along with other surfaces. Wear & tear on doors, walls.. newer bathroom shower enclosure, but no drain cover & spigot newer, but on last legs. They did use nice tile in bathroom, but need to invest in new washcloths, new refrigerators with freezers, and new TVs with new remotes. And clean the floors with clean sanitized water & carefully. If you look closely, you will find random dirt on walls.. needs cleaning. Like blood, snot, dirt. Refrigerator rusting out, dirt, cigarette burn marks on surfaces...even on beautiful marble sink area..which installer was sloppy with glue. Sheets clean.. maid did her best with what she had to work with. Buy maid a good swifter & change the pad on every room... buy maid cleaning supplies that work. Didn't see security or maids. Breakfast like reviews said. Huge outside pool no one used. Liked decor. No parking spots left after 11.Might stay here again if it was $40..& I had cleaning supplies..I paid about $90.. too much. There are at least 8 different motels clustered together in a block. Construction on road 2023 November.

The room was okay. I was able to park near the room. However, I didn’t notice until that morning that there were no towels in the room or a shower liner. I reported it to the staff at the hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights during St Patrick's weekend. The rates were not inflated and the service was great. We had to wait a long time for more towels on day 2 but I was very understanding because I know they were busy. The pool was open and very clean.

The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly but it took a while to be waited on in the service vestibule (lobby closed after hours). I booked over the phone same day. Upon entering our room we were immediately hit with a pungent smell. It was late to ask for another room and since we booked same day we couldn't really back out. One bedside table (& the phone) was covered in a fine white powder.. drywall dust? The other had a dead bug on it. Also, there was no soap bar so I washed my hands with shampoo. Both washcloths were very worn out and very stained... rag quality nearly. The lack of soap, the washcloths, the dust, even the bitty bug I could have shrugged off but all of it together with the smell.. I hope they get that taken care of. If not, you've been warned.

Ice machine broken, no coffee maker in room, 2 lights out in room, loose toilet seat and door to room very hard to open. The gutters need repair and the walkways need pressure washing and doors need repainting. 2 of the 4 washing machines broken.

The main reason I dont give it all stars is... it is a nice place, seems to be in a safe area, prices are good and the room was clean. However, the main thing I would say to be mindful of.. is making sure the person at the front desk gives your ID back to you when you check in.... Me and my hubby checked in around 2am... and we were so tired after driving sooo very long, we stopped here for some sleep... we never noticed my hubby never got his ID back... we drove 6+hours away from GA to our vacation place before realizing he never got it back, called the next day, and was told they have a HUGE stack of people "left" IDs... thankfully, we did get it back, but.... how do you forget to give back a persons ID... just be mindful so you dont end up driving far away before realizing you never got your ID returned to you.

First off, real person here, not a bot. Second, reading these reviews before our stay last night scared me for a minute, but boy were most of them wrong! The room smelled fantastic (like cleaner) and was super clean, the sheets were freshly washed and tucked, and the towels were cleaned recently as well. The bathrooms were super nice, had hot water (quickly too) and GREAT water pressure in the shower. The attendants at the front desk were nothing but friendly each time we saw them, and asked if we needed anything. I really only have two complaints, and they’re completely minor in relation to how CHEAP it was to stay here. The first is that the towels were like super small and threadbare, but still worked. The second being the breakfast, it was subpar (there was no waffle batter left, no milk, etc.) but it was passable and again, for the price, we couldn’t complain. Overall, a lot of these reviews seem to be either inaccurate or entitled. We loved our stay here!

The sheets and pillows and other things were clean, they were very battered and sometimes you have to shower with very cold water. part of the shower was broken and it does not have some of the necessary things in a place like that and the tv has no options to see it ..
