I am going to come back and change my rate after staying in hotel. EVERY hotel is going to have positive and negative reviews. I want to make one positive review on the ratings, and how simple it was to book a room. The layout they have displayed of the breakfast looks simple and healthy. The rooms by the pictures look spacious and comfortable. I am pregnant and I would hate for their to be bed bugs or roaches of any kind in the room. I won't judge a book by its cover, all I expect from these 6 night stays, is a clean room with clean linen, towels, and 100% sure no bed bugs or roaches. I ALWAYS bring my own supplies to clean before departure because I've worked in housekeeping and feel just because we're on vacation doesn't mean respect for the people working goes out the window. I don't expect much except cleanliness and zero bugs, bed bugs I am allergic to and being pregnant that will put me and my child at risk. Gonna give it a sgot. $305 for 6 nights after tax isn't bad at all. PLEASE staff all I ask is check the room we are staying in for any issues bug wise or filth wise so I'm not at risk. EVERY hotel has bad reviews. But I always like to see for myself. Y'all work hard in the business y'all run and I always like to give people chances. If everything is clean , me and my fiance will be regular guests. Thank you for your service so far and I'm curious and excited to stay at your hotel. Thanks again!

One star because I can't do ZERO. The non smoking room is fresh with smoke smell, I woke up with puffy eyes and congestion. When I turned on the a/c it was worse smoke smell so I had to cut it off, thankfully it's not too hot out. Instant regret for booking this place for sure. The breakfast is a joke, for $60 this whole place is a joke. Come on Internet! Get it together and leave a real honest review! I normally never spend over $70 for a hotel because I check in late and leave early. So basically, I've been to a few old places that are "struggling". Most places don't lie this bad though, they at least clean the rooms. This place is not just struggling, the laziness in regards to cleaning and the free "breakfast" makes this place by far the lowest of the low. The blatant lies on the description are what makes it the worst.

I booked this hotel last minute, and since we were on a budget I thought it would do for a few nights. I was wrong. I was so unsettled by the state of the bed and the towels in the bathroom that looked dirty/unwashed I immediately went to Walmart. Being so exhausted from an 11 hour drive we immediately passed out. The next day we were out all day so I never paid much mind to the room but as night time came and it was close to bedtime I started noticing how unkempt and disgusting the room was, which was followed by bugs crawling over the stained headboard. After killing the bugs my husband looked along the headboard to see dead bug carcasses. We immediately grabbed our things and checked out. The people at the front desk asked if everything was ok as if they had no idea how infested and gross the room was. Unfortunately I do not have pictures of the room because I wanted to just leave as soon as possible. As soon as we checked into our new hotel room, I immediately took a shower I felt that dirty. I do not recommend anyone to stay here EVER and I will of course never return.

The family and I drove a little more than 5 hours to get there. Thought we would have St Patty's weekend out of town, somewhere new. Lady at the front desk was very nice. But when I walked into the hotel room it was so disgusting. There were no bed skirts on the bed, so you seen the nasty bed spring there were so many stains that I seen right away including on the desk chair I'm talking major stains on the carpet as well. I would not let my kids go in there and I'm a dude, I can take a little. All the hotels nearby we're either sold out or very expensive because the weekend. So we drove home.

The room was disgusting! The floor was sticky, the bath tub and tile floor was not clean at all. The sheets had stains, blankets were itchy and had holes in them. There was food and garbage left under our bed. Rust was on the door, cable and wifi didnt work for the entire week me and my family was there. The maintenance women had an attitude when I asked for more towels and toilet paper. The front desk never gave us a do not disturb sign we had to write one ourselves. The ac made a loud and weird sound everytime, the beds were horrible and creeked like they were going to fall apart any minute. Not a safe place for babies!!! There was hair everywhere, stains, broken outlets that were literally falling off walls. The list goes on

For the price it was decent. The staff were helpful and check-in went smoothly. The room had everything we needed. Only issue I had was the floors were full of dirt and I had to ask for the broom to sweep it. The bed sheets kept coming off revealing the mattress. The blanket were small and was not able to cover my partner and I entirely. I also did not like that the towels were in the office and handed to us to take to our rooms. But I gave three stars because for the price you really get what you pay for.

We spend 2 nights with family. The overall experience was good, the room was spacious and clean. Early morning breakfast was good. Check-in and Check-out was efficient and painless. Reception lady was very helpful. Location by I-95 road is convenient to reach Disney World in 2 hour 10 minutes which finds rates better then staying in Orlando city nearby Disney World. I would definitely recommend for a short or extended stay.

The staff is friendly and the place was clean. It was easy to make the reservation online. The card for the door was weird but it worked. I had reserved a room with two queen beds for 3 people yet we only got two sets of towels. There was a mini fridge in the room which surprised me but no mini coffee maker which was disappointing. There are people there that apparently live there and it seemed pretty odd. We wanted to use the pool but couldn't get in through the gate. A continental breakfast was part of the package but we decided to skip it because the sign was taped to the door and it all just seemed so sketchy. Overall, it's a place to sleep if you have no where else to go and on a tight income. The room was clean.

Awesome place for the price. With the cost so low, you shouldn't have your expectations too high, but our group left happy. The rooms were easily accessible, and the walls were solid enough where we never heard another voice. There was one live cockroach, but he dissapeared and we never heard from him again. Definitely would recommend for the price.

It was one of the worst nights I've ever spent in a hotel. I laid awake the entire night as I couldn't sleep with roaches crawling literally inches from my face & bed. When I asked that they spray & clean the table & phone they crawled all over they barely sprayed & didn't clean the table at all so the next night I only got an hours sleep as the roaches continued to swarm the table by my bed. Since I couldn't sleep I tried to watch tv but the hotel did not have cable & were running off an antenna only with terrible channel selection & sound that went out constantly. It was impossible to "watch" tv. When I complained they told me they would give me a partial refund if I got out by 11:00 as if they needed to rent the room when there were virtually no renters there to rent to. I had paid for a weeks rental and they would only refund based on charging me full price (instead of the weekly rate divided by 7) instead they wanted to charge more for the privilege of sleeping with roaches and no tv. I'm lucky I got out with a refund at all. At check-in into a smoking room there was no ashtray, bathmat or wash clothes. They eventually brought these items but couldn't find an ashtray so brought me a small bowl to use instead. The roaches liked the bowl, me, not so much. This place isn't a real hotel, it's just a place that takes as much of you r $ as they can get & provides as little as they can get away with. The coffee is cheap & week with no artificial sweetener offered, only a couple of canisters of sugar & powdered creamer that doesn't pour well as it sets out in jars that haven't been washed in forever (if ever) thus it doesn't pour well from caked up opening when you're lucky enough to find a full cup of coffee available. They don't keep coffee made regularly and the "complimentary" breakfast is a joke, just the same cheap "sweets" they can find to put out day after day, again & again as no one eats them the first time. I'm talking about white bread one can toast and put a little jelly on and a few wrappers of hohos from box they purchased is a real luxury for this place. This hotel is nasty & disgusting as are the people that run it. The rude staff changes constantly as management is incompetent and overworks the staff they do have. You're better off sleeping in your car for the night instead of throwing away your $ for no service. And be careful here as staff is reported to be on drugs which I don't doubt.

Rooms are nice and clean. It aways had hot water no mater the time of day. The manager up front was very friendly. How ever i did not really like the fact that the maid tried just walking in my room twice with me still in my room without knoking or notifying herself before trying to come in my room. But besides that. Was a nice motel.
