This is by far the best choice privileges hotel we have ever stayed in. Every employee was sweet kind and helpful. Seemed to be run by all woman just saying they did an awesome job. I felt very welcome here. Great room very very clean floors sparkled all hotels should be run this way. These employees could run a training workshop on how things should be done kudos to you all.

The room was very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff was beyond Friendly, Courteous and I could feel that each member of the staff appreciated our business (which is hard to find these days).

We stayed just one night back on October 2nd and the person working the desk that night (I unfortunately don't remember her name) was very nice and helpful with recommendations for restaurants. She even helped me find a local hair salon I could go to the following day for a wash and blowout. Also liked that they served snacks in the lobby and gave us snacks when we checked in. When we checked out we got a car air freshener. It's those little touches that will have be come back.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we were pleasantly surprised by everything and everyone involved in this Glorious Establishment! Rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and had a dehumidifier! Breakfast was delicious and offered many varieties. Every member of the staff goes out of their way to speak to you if seen. It's the little things like this that guarantee we will stay again in the future.

Awesome place to stay and only wish we could had stayed longer .. this will definitely be my new place to stay when traveling.. upon check-in we were greeted by a friendly front desk employee.. as Choice members we received a gift bag of snacks ( nice touch) the room was clean and comfortable.. the smell of the room was fresh and I appreciated the humidifiers.. I love how the king bed doesn't short you on pillows and wish I could order the pillows they have for home..the beding was comfortable and slept great.. even though on the 1st floor and across from the Indoor pool there was no noise. We look forward to stopping back here to stay for our next trip . Thank you Comfort Suites and thank you Que who checked us out this morning what a friendly kind person to see last before leaving from a great stay..

Editing to respond to the reply: it wasnt shampoo or soap that was stolen, it was medicated over the counter products, brand new ones, that arent cheap, that i purchased on doctors orders. The first time I was there the room was covered in mold. This time the staff stole the products I left behind and told me, even though it had only been a couple hours since they cleaned my room that it was too late. I'm trying to speak to people and the receptionist just hung up on me !! I've worked as guest service personnel for over 7 years at a few different establishments, this would get me fired at any one of them. Congrats!

We stopped here for a night while traveling on I-95 and this was, by far, the best Comfort Inn and Suites we have ever stayed at. Every employee we encountered was friendly, hotel and rooms were large and well-kept, and the hotel had a full hot breakfast that was well stocked and open from 5-10 on weekends. Thanks to everyone there for making this a great stay!

Overall a good experience for myself. They had a wonderful breakfast selection and a heated pool. My room was clean and everything worked. However, the front desk could have been more helpful. Whether it was the hotel or the people in this situation, it was not a pleasant experience for my sister. She had booked a double bed and gave her a single with a pull out couch. And when she was willing to pay the extra to get the room she wanted, all of a sudden they didn't even have the room available. The staff, except for the man in the kitchen who was in charge of breakfast, never smiled and made it seem like we were a bother. Probably wouldn't go here again. Edit: And with the reply of the hotel, they reminded me. They didn't wear masks, so smiles could have been seen. And the case with my sister is unfortunate, but it was the lack of help that was the issue. Them at least acting like they want to help. Again, not all the staff wore masks. Thanks

For the past almost two decades anytime my family and I drive from NJ to Disney we make it an absolute point to make it to this hotel for our overnight stay. The staff if beyond friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and cozy. Super affordable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. Looking forward to our future stays at this hotel!

Great stay. Staff was wonderful, room was very clean. We had plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. They had pillows of different firmness levels, and Andes mints on the night stand. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices, sausage links, eggs, hash browns, waffles, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, muffins and pastries. There is water, coffee and tea in the lobby along with popcorn and they have nachos in the evening. Very pleasant stay from start to finish. Will stay again.

We arrived at Comfort Suites last night 9/9/23 at about 930pm. My husband and I are traveling with friends from Virginia to Florida for vacation. We had reserved a room at Red Roof Inn. That was an awful experience, to say the least. We weren't in that place longer than about 30 minutes. While our husbands packed our stuff backed up, my friend and I walked over to Comfort Suites to see if they had any availability that late. The clerk was so nice. She gave us a 1st level room that was very nice. It was clean, the linens and towels were clean. The staff were all nice. The breakfast this morning was very good. Check in and out was easy. Would absolutely stay here again.

Omg! The hotel was great but the service was superb. It first start with Casey and her kind demeanor & perfect customer service. Then it ended with great service from Que! They suggested the best accommodations for dinner & they were so kind! Please reward these women because they are class act!!

Asked me for 100$ cash deposit because I was local even though I live in Jacksonville cause its within 50 miles so they consider me being local, yes they gave the 100$ cash back to me but we really had to make sure to remember or that hotel would've gotten some more money from me. I've never had another hotel ask me for a cash deposit other than this one, would not recommend staying here. If you don't have cash they will point you to the nearest ATM which I might add will have fees as well.

Clean, good bed, good water, pressure in the bathroom, decent breakfast, staff, very friendly, โ€“ whatโ€™s not to like? Our room is on the east side, facing the woods, which is really nice in the morning. Weโ€™ve stayed here twice and itโ€™s worked out well each time. The first time we stayed was $160, that was a weekend, and some special event was going on in town. The second time was $115. Interesting: both times we were here the room had a dehumidifier. I wonder if this helps to cut down on mold and bedbug problems. When we were looking at reviews of other places in Jacksonville, most of the hotels had mold, bedbugs, cockroach issues.

We had a wonderful one night stay. Quanisha at the front desk was awesome. When I walked in she was busy and by herself. Phone ringing, people walking in, and cookies being cooked. She was still friendly and helpful. Multitasking and yet still didn't act frustrated. That's huge for me. A lot of hotels lack in the customer service when things get slammed. Room was clean. Hotel hot breakfast was as good as can be expected. My only concern during the whole stay was the certification in the elevator was expired. Maybe they had a new certification that just wasn't posted. Also fire extinguishers were a couple years old on our floor. Maybe florida has different regulations than where I came from, so I didn't discount stars for this. Would stay again.

What a surprise! All the little things really elevate this hotel. They had a welcome gift with snacks and water, plus treats for the dog. The lobby has several free perks and the shop is very well stocked with lots of options. The room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was full of choices; waffles, eggs & sausage, cereal, bagels and more.

Needed a last minute place to stay on our drive home from FL. Hotels proximity to Iโ€”95 is ideal. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and spacious and bed was amazingly comfy. Kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and cookies and fresh popcorn in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was fresh and well attended.

Wife called and told them we had a cat in a crate, and do they accept pets? Girl said yes with a 50 dollar deposit. We arrived later in the day, Gentleman at the desk tells me it's a 50 fee NOT a deposit. I detest individuals using the wrong terminology in the hospitality industry very misleading Humidifiers yes 2, in the room to keep mildew odor down. I travel 95 regularly and Comfort Inns and Suites , and Choice properties have gotten my last dime. Room was suppose to be a king suite with sofa, We ended up with a wobbly king, and a desk. Booked through Choice Rewards and I've canceled that too

We traveled across country coast to coast, and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in the whole time! Complimentary nachos and cookies, super friendly staff at the front desk, nice clean rooms, super comfy beds, super fast wifi (We were uploading big video files and it was super quick), dehumidifier in the room, and a nice cold AC! Definitely saving this hotel for when we are in GA again!

Our room was clean aside from all the wood surfaces seemed to be heavily oiled. The bed was great! super comfy pillows with an extra pillow and blanket in the closet. There is a hot breakfast selection and the lady is very friendly, however the scrambled eggs stay wet from steam and the biscuits and gravy seem premade. The sausage was great, and they do offer a variety of sweet breakfast options and waffle toppings. Over all a welcoming place though, not bad for an overnight on the way to Florida.

Everything was completely average until I was leaving when I was walking down the hall to the lobby area all I heard was a lady yelling then when I turned the corner I saw it was the manager yelling at this young black girl behind the desk in uniform saying her clothes were ugly & she was fired & needed to leave. I could care less what she was yelling about but I felt bad for the girl she looked so embarrassed that she didnโ€™t at least take her to the back. Very unprofessional. As a guest I didnโ€™t need to hear that. I felt so bad I tried to follow the girl out to let her know itโ€™s ok. You never know what people are going through. But she left out of the there at lightening speed.
