Literally love this place!! Every tech is good, the service is quick (even if you don't have an appointment), and the place is clean and comfortable. I go regularly and look forward to it!

Beautiful facility, horrible nail design. I showed the nail tech first pic and she said she could do it, when she painted the cheetah print she put like 10 spots on my nail, it looked horrible and crowded, so I asked her if she could just do polka dot, it looked horrible as well. I could tell I upset her, so I wanted to just leave and get it fixed somewhere else. Don’t agree that you can make a design if you can’t. Cheetah print is a very basic design not hard to do. Also the skin around my nail is stained pink as well. The first pic is what I wanted and what I had gotten in another place. The second pic is what I git.

I was disappointed. My friend had requested to make an appointment for 2 at a specified time. She was told that we could just walk-in. That would have been fine if we could have gotten our nails done at the same time within a half hour of waiting. She was seen first and it wasn't until the end of her appointment that someone was available to take me. Her nails turned out perfect. We also had plans later that day and to make it work, we agreed for her to leave me there and pick me up at the end. There are reasons people request appointments. The nail tech also decided against soaking off my acrylics even after I had asked about it. She had already filed off the color and I thought that was to speed up the soaking but instead she peeled off the remaining material with a tip which was not pleasant. I requested round and she made them almond. At this point I just want the experience over with and while she did make them a little more rounded after asking a second time, I'm not going to waste any more time with it. My nails aren't bad but they are not what I would have liked.

Took my twelve year old to get gel nails for Easter. Below is the result. After leaving her thumb nail Polish started to peels. So I took her back and they “fixed it. A few hours later we noticed the Polish had a bubble. And again..the mail started to peel. Below are pictured just a few hours after taking her back for the second time. I will not be back

I recently went to the Nail Bar and the service I received was top notch. I had acrylics with ombre pink put on and they are absolutely gorgeous!!! Brian was the expert who did my nails. I would highly recommend him and the Nail Bar to everyone who wants to have their nails done. Excellent work!!

This nail bar is my favorite! I drive an hour to come and plan my Kingsport trips around getting my nails done here. Ashleigh is the absolute best!! Ask for her!

Been here 3 times now and keep getting different ppl doing my nails . The owners wife done a great job on my nails but the other 2 done horrible. Want be back unless i can get her to do my nails from now on. Lot of money to pay for something and not be happy with it
