Dr. Watson and his staff are the best, no question. He spends time with me, he goes over my test results thoroughly, he is genuinely interested IN ME. I never feel like he is trying to watch the clock or he is in a hurry to wrap up the visit.

Daughter needed a new female doctor and yesterday was her first visit. She will need a little adjustment time to a new doctor. I liked the office and everyone there with no issues. The doctor was helpful and informative and kind to us both. I like her. Will come back later to follow up on this review. Update: Tenncare told me to find a dr for my daughter because Jenkins didn't see minors under 28. Daughter really liked Jenkins and wanted to keep her as her PCP dr. So we will.

Dr. Vincent has been my primary care physician for more than 25 years. I must say he is the best doctor I've ever had. Very conscientious about my health. He is very thorough and caring. He is always willing to listen to any concerns I might have.

Jennifer Lane has been a terrific health care provider for me. She knows what's wrong and what to do. I am very pleased with her abilities as well as her kindness and support.

Extreme unprofessional when I requested to see another doctor in the practice and they would never change me. I have been with this practice for years and when my original doctor left, the leftover doctor was not my fit so I looked at other options. When I called and talked to Cinthia she was very rude, would not let me explain the situation and as a patient I have a right to go to whatever practitioner I want to see. She said “I cannot help you have a good day”and hung up the phone. I would go anywhere but here for medical needs. I would give it a ZERO rating if available and another practice will take my money I’m sure!!!

Very nice concerned Dr and staff. Never have to wait more than 10 to 15 minutes. Love this group.they treat me very reasonably. Taylor along with other staff members are the best. Sure going to miss Dr. Delwaidia when he retires. But i wish him well.

Jennifer Lane always takes such excellent care of my mom who has dementia. She goes above and beyond any primary care provider she or I have had. I have recently requested to make her my primary care provider. I hope they're room on her calendar!
