Look if you're a Texan you love HEB well I would say the majority does myself included basically tonight my husband and I went to get our end of the week or beginning of the weekend Modelo especial Modelo negra decided to try an IPA couldn't find the sparkling silver so we actually did what the kids do even though I'm only 43 I know I'm not a kid and he's 10 years older than me so we're trying the white claw tonight it's not so bad I just can't figure out how it could possibly be 5% alcohol content in there I say that as I'm slowly falling over just kidding everybody is that works there is always so accommodating and even though my husband and I are usually walking in there 1510 even 5 minutes to closing they tolerate us we apologize profusely but they are accommodating, super sweet genuine knowledgeable helpful I mean they don't even have to work in the department that you're looking at they already know the answer and they will if they don't which is rare they will direct you to where you need to to be or even better they'll get someone to escort you and get that cat food off the highest shelf there LOL

They are taking advantage of their customers by raising prices on a daily basis on many products. Lousy management or distribution warehouses. Either way, I've been shopping at HEB since the sixties, and if there were a viable alternative, I'd switch. Texas products? Liars.

Good: -The only place that sells the best Prickly pear(Tuna) -Clean place, good merchandise, fresh -Asian Sauces Easily Available Bad: Obviously some bad customer service with the narrow minds of Kingsville

Gas pumps ,traffic, cashiers,and just location was a great experience..no complaints

This HEB is hooked up. It has everything, bakery, fishing gear, Costa Sunglasses.. Geez.. Impressive. Even the claw games in the entrance had great prizes.. Lol. The entrance had shade to enter. The curbside pick up had its own building.

It was an everyday kinda walk about in me ol, Henry Buts store. They are proud of there own brand it's priced just under the big name brands but who am I to judge a Hussle. Get that money big buts.

I just love all the prices at HEB! Especially when they have HEB yellow "coupon" tags PLUS you can use traditional coupons as well....can't go wrong shopping HEB. Also, some of their store brands (HEB, Hill Country Fare) taste WAY better than the brands they are alternatives of.

Always a good selection of goods and helpful staff. This location is great at marketing the app and providing free samples! We now have the app and look for the deals when we visit. This store is the best at tgis compared against all the HEBs I've visited recently. Also, its fun when your cashier rings a bell after they make one of those special sells at the cash register.

HEB is definitely better than most supermarkets back home. Their desserts are delicious, the meal simple meals are delicious. Haven't had too many issues with the employees there personally

Whoever does the meat packing for this location seriously needs to be reevaluated. Most meats don't even get 1 day at home before turning and become unusable.

This place is trashy. I would never buy anything from this HEB, I have literally thought about driving all the way to the Alice TX, HEB just to not have to shop at this HEB. I think the real worst part of this HEB is the employees who all have this better than thou attitude, management are also completely rude. Locals make this their hangout since this town has literally nothing to do at all so don't expect to be able to shop with everyone standing around HEB talking and in the way.

HEB Kingsville always a great grocery store to shop, always have what we need! Highly recommend it! Great customer service overall! Very Friendly environment!😊

I love everything that HEB has to offer I prefer it over Walmart any day the customer service is better I believe than that of Walmart

Well not many places for groceries. It's either HEB or Walmart. It is a very nice well maintained store. Best prices and selection on meat.

All departments are very tidy. The associates are always friendly, fast check outs, wonderful selection on deli and bakery made items. My local HEB has gone above and beyond with pre-made dish selection for every holiday so far. The floral department did an outstanding job for Valentine’s. The shelves and meat market are always well stocked.

HEB is the friendliest store in Kingsville. Everyone that I come in contact with is amazing.

Upon discovering a manufacturing defect – a dirty cotton swab through the sealed packaging – I attempted to return the unopened kit, only to be denied by the Kingsville HEB, citing a bodily fluids policy. Seeking clarification, I reached out to the HEB branch in Alice. I explained that I had a defective COVID test and was seeking a refund. Contrary to what the pharmacist in Kingsville told me, the pharmacist in Alice informed me that a return could be made. However, when I specified that the purchase was made in Kingsville, the pharmacist apologized and stated that a refund was no longer an option. Additionally, he expressed confusion on why the Kingsville branch denied a refund. The Alice branch's willingness to accept a return contradicted the notion that COVID tests were universally non-refundable, adding confusion and frustration to the situation. The eventual resolution came through calls to HEB's main customer service, where they expressed confusion about the initial denial at the Kingsville branch. This incident brings attention to a lack of consistency in HEB's return policies, seemingly isolated to the Kingsville location. It is disheartening to think that customers may face inconvenience and differing interpretations based on the specific store they visit. I sincerely hope HEB addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more uniform and customer-friendly return experience for all.
