Absolutely terrible service today. The wait was terrible. Several people kicking off inside. Apparently the manager would not present themselves to placate customers. And I ordered food without cucumber and it was labelled as such, but it was full of cucumber.

This place is madness, always have to wait in the car park after going through the drive through. Never eny space as its full of delivery drivers who park wherever they like and thay always miss something off the order. This place is too small for the amount of customers! Your better off driving 3 minutes up the road to the Brislington McDonald's, never had a problem there.

Easily the worse McDonald's in the Bristol Area, food is thrown together half the time it's cold the drive though should be renamed the Park up. For how busy it is it's clear the people in charge have no idea or no care about the product they are serving, I would say avoid it and go to a different one but no one will listen.

This is the worst McDonald's I've been into by far! Every time I came here I had to wait a minimum 15 min for my order, even if the place is empty and my order is the only one on the board! At the moment of leaving this review I've been currently waiting for 24 min and i still haven'treceivedmy food yet! This is absurd! This is no longer called a fast food!

Ordered a large bigmac meal amongst other things and they gave me a small portion of chips in a large box, absolutely appalling, when people spend extra money to get extra portions and you get this it’s ridiculous. Thanks McDonald’s!✌🏽

Bought a large big mac meal, large for the large fries as it doesn't change the size of the burger....I'm not sure what I've paid for as would have got as many fries in a normal meal....

Young male manager extremely rude, absolutely appalling attitude and spent half the time on his phone! Place dirty, long waits for food even at the drive through. So much for Fast food- Uber/Just eat delivery drivers prioritized over other customers. Items usually missing from orders and food always cold by the time you get it.

Weird how to review this site, as I commend McDonald's for employing an entire workforce of special needs and learning difficulties staff. The way they almost treat you like a customer by giving you an order that is similar to what you want, but not quite, just to keep you guessing. If you're lucky enough you may get a receipt and check, that's if they call out the number at all. Added bonus if you eat in you can watch the staff try to sweep up the same fallen straw over a half hour period..

Chips didn't have salt and burger was all soggy and wet. Chunks of onions in my food. Coke was flat and tasted like water . Was the worst macdonald I'd ever had.

Its so bad its led me to writing my first and only Google review. Every time Ive come here they never have ice cream or milkshakes. You may as well take it off the menu. Drive thru is such a mess that you’ll be eating your food whilst you wait for the mechanic to repair your car. On the topic of food - its awful. Only come here if you prefer your food cold, stale and pitiful. Probably the worst McDonalds ever which is saying something, you’ve outdone yourselves. I wonder why its empty half of the time despite sitting slap bang in the front entrance of a retail park 😂

Drive Thru Ordered big tasty, got to pay window and the order was chicken burger. So they changed the receipt, then got to collection window and I asked again if the order was correct for the big tasty, got home and gave it to my husband and it was a chicken burger. This happens regularly at this McDonald’s. In future will check all orders at the collection window and not move until done if I use them again

We waited almost 2 hours for our food and between us we had two meals. We ordered at 11 and didn’t get it into gone 12:55. If they cannot keep up with Uber eats orders they should not be taking so many. Appalling. The man who delivered our food was absolutely brilliant he apologised for the delay. However our food was damp and cold when it got here.

This branch gets way to busy with delivery's carpark is overflowing they just park anywhere I did a app order so should be super quick but took 10 minutes to get through and then was told to park up. 15 minutes later food came out with items missing so had to go in

Drive through is not a drive through its a car park and the actual car park is also the drive through u would mind the wait if the food was warm but u wait in car park for it thinking its not made or being made and then it comes out stone cold

Absolute shambles. Got our hot food at the drive through, asked to go to 2nd window for drinks and icecream, waited almost 10 mins and nobody came. Other cars in drive through were trying to drive around us. Parked in food pick up bay, went in to ask where drinks and desserts were. They were just bringing them out. Hot food now cold. Had ordered a Sprite and when tried it on way home, it was water.

This mcdonalds is always so so slow. Takes forever to get your food, drive through queue is huge and absolutely filled with deliveroo drivers. It's not at all fast food. On top of everything you are asked to park up and then there is always something incorrect or missing!

Just been mcdonald's at as we ordered a chicken big mac and they gift mc chicken instead what was cheap then chicken big mac also did not actually give is recipe but we paid more for mc chicken sandwich what a joke it least they got chicken right

Milkshakes never available, drive through closed, staff all outside front door smoking together with no one in store to serve and seems to be totally hit and miss if they're going to be open. Hours seem to be random, 3 times recently closed when supposed to be open, tonight again closed at 10pm though apparently open until 11.

Why? Whenever a filet-o-fish is ordered , this ALWAYS happens.Frankly, it is pathetic and surely it would not be hard to keep the components of a burger inside it. I am not sure whether this mockery is isolated to the filet-o-fish or is a burger-wide problem.

Just wanted to let you guys know something. I've had an awful day. I work in the charity sector and we get some days which are emotionally extremely tough. Today was one of those days. I suffer from severe anxiety and agoraphobia which affects certain areas of life including shopping. On my way home from work I had an incident in Tesco where the manager was really nasty to me, over a coffee! It was over half an hour before I stopped crying enough to be able to drive myself home. I got home and my dogs must have sensed I was upset because they have been playing up all night! One of my new pairs of trainers - chewed to pieces 😔 I've been so upset I forgot to eat. I decided to go to get McDonald's although I was really anxious about leaving the house. I'm broke though, so couldn't afford to pay Uber prices! I braved it ...... The person who took my order was fine, but the person on window 2 deserves a medal in my opinion.He was polite, kept eye contact, smiled, and appeared genuinely interested in being exactly where he was at that precise moment. For the first time today, even if only for a moment, I felt like I mattered. He may well have just saved my life. I don't know his name, I'm sorry. But he was in window 2 at Longwell green aspects, at 10.50pm on 8/7/22 Oh, the food was alright too 🤷🤣

Not sure how I'm going to describe how terrible the food we were delivered was... First Uber eats informed us that McDonald's had lost power, no worries, cancelled the order... Then the order we cancelled turns up stone cold over an hour later, so basically they sent us food for us to throw it away, will also be having words with Uber eats as the original order was cancelled so why it turned up we are all stumped, won't be ordering again, everyone else can love it but we unfortunately do not.

Tasty food but the drive through is carnage! It gets backed up so quickly and easily which is a shame as makes it less attractive a prospect to choose - great location though and can't fault the customer service

What a complete shambles. No-one had any idea what they were doing. Couldn't cope with the number of orders. Need to employ a manager who can manage. Over 40 min wait for two burgers, chips and drinks that were then cold. Heard one member of staff saying to another customer, "I know it's not what you ordered, but couldn't you just have it as you've waited so long?" Would strongly recommend you avoid, unless you're looking to kill a couple of hours!

Shame I can't give minus stars!! Absolute disgrace of a place. This is the third time they have taken the absolute P with delivery! This time we've been waiting over 3 hours and our order hasn't even left the store. I will NEVER order from these cowboys again, and no doubt there'll be no refund. A joke of a restaurant!

I dropped in to grab a drink on my way home. Very busy, way too many deliveroo drivers who think its ok to park in the disabled bays. There are 2 security staff sat down near the door to the right not doing a thing. Othet reviews have sad about troble with teenagers. Well the 2 security staff were sat arms folded or looking at their phones. As you are paying for these guys to be on site on a Saturday should you be making sure thay are doing what they are supposed to do. Also they are older gents with grey hair and if it did kick off i dought they would be able to control thr situation

After reading the reviews we wondered if we should go to another McDonald's, but we took the chance & we were glad we did. We drove straight into place our order & about 2 mins later moving off with our Big Mac meals! There was nothing to fault with service & food albeit the staff always seem under so much pressure they can't show their personality, only the robotic service they've been trained for!! Very nice lunch indeed for a change.

I've never had a great experience here. There is always a queue for the drive through; I don't think they have ever got my order 100% correct; and the food always arrives cold if I order for delivery. But it's my local McDonald's so I'll end up going back at some point

Took my 2 year old granddaughter here at longwell green store absolutely disgusting outlet no organisation at all, absolutely filthy tables & the floor was so dirty. The food was appalling . It’s not a fast food outlet there’s queues of customers waiting but still priority is given to drive through and just eat who were smoking and clogging up the entrance to the door. I will never return to this place. I hope things get rectified it was not safe or healthy to eat here at all. I will be taking this further the place is a shambles should be closed down 😡😡😡😡

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have been to, unfortunately it is the closest to my house. 9 times out of ten the milkshake machine isn’t working, almost every time I end up having to park and wait… it’s called fast food for a reason guys. Today was triple whammy.. no milkshakes, no ice cream and no apple pies.. and yes I had to park and wait. Not sure how they are still open.

Its like visiting a Zombie apocalypse! The staff don't seem to have a clue what they are doing and certainly don't care! The paper ran out in the order screen so I didn't know what my order number was. When the food came out approximately 20 minutes later ( thought Mcd's was a fast food establishment!!) it was cold. Staff spent most of their time hugging each other in the food prep area! The place is a total shambles! I've given them 2 chances now, won't be going back!

i love a good mcdonald’s, and this is my local one but for some reason they can’t remember little to anything in an order i don’t think i’ve ever had everything i paid for in an order, you have to park in the bay and wait ages and if you order inside you end up waiting 20-30 minutes until you get your order and you still end up having half the things not there

Everytime i order uber eats from longwell green mcdonalds they miss out one of the items i ordered. Just ordered cheese balls, chicken selects and fries and they forgot the fries. happens almost every time.

This must be one of the worse Mcdonald's in the U.K. I went through the drive-thru to place my order. 2 x double big macs and 2 large fries. Paid for the order, collected the order, checked the bag to make sure the order was correct. (As though I am not a regular customer. They have always got it wrong. Which I haven't always noticed until I got home in the past.) The bag shows two boxes both saying double big mac and two large fries. But on opening our food order at home. How disappointed to find both of the boxes of our double big macs which should have four burgers in each, only has two burgers. Which is basically a regular big mac. This does amount to over charging. Which is in law is theft.

If you like fast junk food look no further than here. They'll get your cholesterol and blood pressure up in no time and you're gonna get a belly in no time. I recommend the big Mac meal it looks nothing like the picture more like a stamped on doughnut but tastes great 👍

Went through drive through. There is ALWAYS a queue, the layout of the site needs redoing so it works better for queue and those trying to park, navigating all the uber drivers. The food is never ready so you always end up waiting in a bay, when food comes out they don't bring straws for drinks, sauces, cutlery eat food with (breakfast pancakes), napkins. I think it would be better if they carried out some works to make the space work better. And the food being cooked to order every time is the reason behind the long queues everywhere for mcdonalds.

Not the easiest place to get into, but that's because it's so popular. It is easier sometimes to park in the car park underneath and take the short walk over.

Staff are friendly and price is reasonable. However i think that most times it is popular with young teenagers who at times can be very disrespectful and obstructive. So staff should try and crack down on this.

Local McDonalds for me. Been there a few times. Always seem to miss items or not the correct item. I will be going to another one from now on.

Another Donald's, trouble with this one is 2 things, the drive through is small and tight and the queue can back up onto the road. And secondly they rarely have milkshakes available for some reason... And that's usually 50% the reason I gotta a Donald's the other 50% is a Big Mac... I'm feeling hungry now.... Wonder if they have milkshakes today ?

Staff very friendly busy but still fine

Meal lovely and hot and served quickly. Was suprised to see that meal preparation without protective gloves. Also my wife visited the toilets and came away horrified that a member of staff came out of the toilet without washing their hands. When my wife challenged the staff member regarding hand washing. She informed that she would be washing hands in another area. This meant that she had touched at most two door handles without following hand hygiene. This is unacceptable in a food outlet at any time. But considering the current climate I was lost for words really.

This place is always insanely busy regardless of time of day. You have to queue for ages.

This McDonalds struggles to do the most basic order correctly. Ordering via Uber Eats has become a game in which we predict which item(s) have been missed. Will literally prefer to travel to Brislington to get the correct order.

Since Lockdown they've stopped putting ice in the drinks at this particular restaurant. Every time unless you hand it back and ask for ice. So gross.

It was all a bit rubbish really.!Very disappointing. A costly and unpleasant experience. We ordered a delivery through the McDonalds app. Part of he order was wrong; a burger who was supposed to have no mustard, onions or gherkins on it had all. Three. You can’t just scrape it off and eat it because it leaves a residue that makes it taste unpleasant to those who don’t like these things that burger was inedible and we couldn’t swap because both burgers were the same. The hot and cold drinks were packed side by side in the same bag compromising the temperature of both drinks. All the food was stone cold and judging by the speed at which the delivery arrived and the temperature of the food; I would guess it was probably prepared in advance of orders rather than freshly to order. Customer services were unhelpful and want to pass responsibility for their failing on to Uber. They said if we wanted a refund we would have to take it up with Uber since they were the delivery service and they only refund click and collect at Customer services. However you can’t blame the Uber driver who arrived before the appointed time for mistakes on the order and for food which should have arrived hot given the time frame and the insulated carton he used to bring it. Given the huge mark- up and profit on takeaway food; and the size of McDonald’s as a company; I expected better : from the food, from the restaurant and from customer services .
