recently
visited
The
Laughing
Owl
Restaurant
for
a
quick
bite
with
high
hopes
of
enjoying
a
delicious
meal
based
on
the
positive
reviews
I
had
heard.
Unfortunately,
my
experience
left
me
feeling
disappointed
and
frustrated.
One
of
the
main
reasons
for
my
disappointment
was
the
evident
lack
of
professionalism
displayed
by
the
waitstaff.
The
restaurant's
website
and
door
clearly
stated
that
they
closed
at
2:30,
so
I
arrived
at
2:15
with
plenty
of
time
to
spare.
However,
as
I
was
getting
out
of
my
car,
I
witnessed
one
of
the
waitstaff
members
walk
up
to
the
door
and
abruptly
flip
the
sign
to
closed,
without
any
explanation.
To
make
matters
worse,
this
action
occurred
within
mere
steps
of
me,
leaving
me
feeling
bewildered
and
frustrated.
It
was
disheartening
to
see
such
disregard
for
the
stated
closing
time
and
the
potential
loss
of
business
for
the
restaurant.
I
believe
it
is
essential
for
the
owner
to
be
aware
of
this
incident
and
address
it
promptly
to
ensure
it
does
not
happen
to
other
customers.
Aside
from
this
disappointing
encounter,
I
can
not
provide
an
objective
review
of
the
food
and
service
since
I
was
unable
to
dine
there.
However,
based
on
this
incident,
I
would
caution
potential
customers
to
verify
the
restaurant's
operating
hours
or
call
ahead
to
confirm
their
availability.
On
a
positive
note,
stopped
in
Cove
City
at
Lucy's
Boyz
had
a
warm
welcome
when
we
walked
through
the
door
and
those
ladies
know
their
was
around
country
cooking!
