Very neat, quite and conducive

Superhandy by the highway between Kumasi and Tamale. But ugly cold atmosphere. Spacious rooms! Why no wifi at a spot like this?

Rooms are outdated. Decor needs updating. Staff are fantastic and friendly. The manager goes the extra mile to help. If not for the staff hotel would have less rating. Redecorate and would have 5 star

So we booked a room at this hotel and was very surprised because it can reveal some of the best hotels in Ghana. The rooms were super clean and the service was very fast and reliable. The food was amazing but the portions could be small for some people. But overall a five star experience. I will definitely recommend booking it and experiencing it for yourself 😃.

Housekeeping was poor ..

I went on vacation with my family to tour the boabeng fiema monkey sanctuary and the kintampo water falls ... Trust me we really enjoyed our 2 nights stay at the grand royal diamond hotel.... The staff were really helpful and gave us the best of treat... I definitely will come back again

It's safe and okay if you just need an economical place to rest and continue your journey up north, just don't expect the usual perks like first class service and hot water from the shower/tub.

Welcoming staff. Air conditioned room with a big bed. They brought dinner and breakfast to the Croome which was great.

An OK hotel. Parts still under construction so has potential to be excellent. Service was so so... all in all good, but surely not great
