Is a place where there is great exchange of goods and services. All kind of foodstuffs are sold there and there are many other things like footwear lane, cloth and many more. There are many people from the surrounding towns, about hundred community who come and buy or sell. Because of the great number of people coming there, to my opinion I think the market area is too small.

The yam market is one of the largest in Ghana attracting buyers from other niegbouring countries like Mali,Bourkina Faso, & Togo located in the Kintampo market.
