Both perfumes were unopened and still sealed in the foil packaging. Receipt also available. Bought 2 days ago! I didn't get the purchase price refunded. The young saleswoman was very rude and only offered me a voucher. If I had ordered online and sent the goods back I would have received a refund of the purchase price. It's a shame because I actually try to buy from local branches. It's a shame for Müller's employees if everyone only shops online and shops disappear completely from the cityscape. With such prices and gagging the customer with vouchers, the matter was definitely over for me. In the future I will neither shop online nor in a Müller branch. One star because at least two employees who noticed the process showed understanding. I saw five women in the perfume area wearing boots and not a single one came to help me. By the way, there wasn't much going on that Saturday. So I took action myself and spoke to a lady. I'm really not sensitive but the way the lady spoke to me wasn't okay. I got the impression that she was very annoyed. Nevertheless, she said that she would come soon. Then she stopped coming. I've now started going through the scents myself. After 30 minutes I still hadn't found anything similar and then I didn't feel like waiting anymore. My husband then also said; Come on, let's go upstairs. As we drove up the stairs to the media department, I saw her advising another couple. Incomprehensible. I almost always have it there. Why are there so many employees if no one wants to advise customers? I was polite to her, I was respectful... All the employees in the media department were great and we always get top advice when it comes to toys. I've left a lot of money in this store, as have probably many other people. I'm just asking for some friendly advice. There are always employees sitting in the checkout area who look like they are being forced to work there. Where would we be if everyone did that?
