I'm
specifically
rating
the
perfume
department
and
the
checkout
area
on
the
ground
floor
because
this
is
the
fourth
time
in
a
row
I've
had
the
same
experience.
Unfortunately
we
don't
have
a
miller
in
Balingen,
so
I'm
going
to
Albstadt.
The
perfume
department
is
very
large
and
diverse,
which
I
really
like.
I
have
been
looking
for
a
perfume
for
some
time
that
has
no
longer
been
produced
since
2021
and
costs
320
euros
due
to
its
rarity
on
the
internet.
Can
be
read.
Kenzo
Elixir.
I'm
desperately
looking
for
something
similar
and
the
perfumeries
in
Balingen
had
nothing.
So
I
went
to
Müller
to
get
advice.
Do
you
think
someone
is
coming?
I
saw
five
women
in
the
perfume
area
wearing
boots
and
not
a
single
one
came
to
help
me.
By
the
way,
there
wasn't
much
going
on
that
Saturday.
So
I
took
action
myself
and
spoke
to
a
lady.
I'm
really
not
sensitive
but
the
way
the
lady
spoke
to
me
wasn't
okay.
I
got
the
impression
that
she
was
very
annoyed.
Nevertheless,
she
said
that
she
would
come
soon.
Then
she
stopped
coming.
I've
now
started
going
through
the
scents
myself.
After
30
minutes
I
still
hadn't
found
anything
similar
and
then
I
didn't
feel
like
waiting
anymore.
My
husband
then
also
said;
Come
on,
let's
go
upstairs.
As
we
drove
up
the
stairs
to
the
media
department,
I
saw
her
advising
another
couple.
Incomprehensible.
I
almost
always
have
it
there.
Why
are
there
so
many
employees
if
no
one
wants
to
advise
customers?
I
was
polite
to
her,
I
was
respectful...
All
the
employees
in
the
media
department
were
great
and
we
always
get
top
advice
when
it
comes
to
toys.
I've
left
a
lot
of
money
in
this
store,
as
have
probably
many
other
people.
I'm
just
asking
for
some
friendly
advice.
There
are
always
employees
sitting
in
the
checkout
area
who
look
like
they
are
being
forced
to
work
there.
Where
would
we
be
if
everyone
did
that?
Dear
Müller
team,
please
take
a
look
at
this.
I'm
really
serious
about
this.
Otherwise
the
selection
is
great.
Nice
business
