Disorganized, confused, and overbooked. I came on Monday for a traumatic injury and couldn't get an MRI until Thursday. I showed up 20 minutes early on Thursday, had to redo paperwork that I had already fill on Monday; was told that, incorrectly, that I must pay 600 euro in cash today! When I said I couldn't they finally agreed to send me a bill but I have been waiting for 1.5 hours, even with and appointment, and still haven't went in.

Strigent differentiation between privat and normal patients. Also i agrree on the other ratings, the staff is not friendly. And you will not see any Doctor. It is just a money making "picture taking" place.

I am English speaker and came with my old mom to help her. The lady doing the MRI image asked unnecessary questions before the procedure like: If I am here hoping them to speak English! And what would I do if they don't!! Guess what. This conversation was in English!! Does it mean that we don't deserve to be treated here just because I don't speak German even if they speak English?!!

I've been here multiple times. It is always quick and efficient: registration with a tablet where you can select language (english/german), almost no waiting time, very quick results that are given in form of a CD and access code to check the results online. You don't get to speak to a radiologist, but as far as I remember you can request it when filling out the registration form. I like that you can book appointments for MRI, CT and X-ray online.

My husband couldn't lay down to get MRI at all. The doctor wrote for him a letter to hospitals for free for emergency. A couple days later we had to be there with the same problem. There was a super nice team of nurses. For him they gave us the enough time. Alles gut! Doctors, nurses and location super.

Very bad service! They are highly burocratic, inneficient, inflexible and profit-oriented. They do not care about the patients and do not offer suitable solutions for the patients. They offer appointments at very unpractical times, with many weeks after the appointment request. The appointment I managed to get was so late that the official transfer from an orthopedist expired and they did not want to accept it or wait 30 minutes for the orthopedist to send them a new one. So, I have to go through the same whole process again.

Luckily got early appointment. But staff lacks patience to handle panicked person.

Quick reception, digital data catalog to fill out, Only confusing thing is the entrance is on the west side of the complex, not where the restaurant entrances are as google maps suggested (submitted a relocation)
