This is a specific feedback for Daniel W. in Decathlon Ingolstadt service point. I went there for the repair of my new bike. Daniel is very competent but also humble and friendly. He was dealing with lots of customers daily but he promised to finish my bike on the same day. Although during the repair he discovered some broken parts, which normally requires ordering these parts and takes days to repair, he fixed the problem with his experience and delivered the bike on the same day. I strongly recommend him not only for his professional experience but also his customer focus and problem solving attitude.

I had went to buy a bike few days ago and I was served by Lukas. He was the only guy who was there to help me properly while the rest just wanted to get it done with the job. Lukas took his time to show me around and give me all the information I needed. I had a good experience all because of him. He deserves some kind of appreciation for his humble service 😃. To buy most of sports items this place is very nice and pocket friendly offering some verity. And for trecking and daily sports you will find all materials, it also has bicycle and parts. I saw swimming equipment water sports, bought pair of jogging shoes and track suit for me. Nice quality.
