had a most fabulous wax by Livia . she was friendly, professional, thorough and just downright fabulous. I would recommend her anytime the customer service staff was just so lovely and had conversation what a wonderful facility kudos to this location in Crystal Lake I would come back again. I have been a customer of European wax center for five years and can’t say much more other than they’re great but Livia was just amazing

Livia is AMAZING!! She cares about her clients and is so good at educating you on what products will work the best for your type of skin and issues you’re experiencing, then she notices when you’re following through with her advice and using the product.
