Worst customer service, the first time they messed up my order they had me give my name and gave me a free burger as a way of apologising, but again they’ve messed up my order and not put a burger in our kids happy meals we rang immediately as soon as we got home and we realised, the women on the phone was very rude, we wasn’t given a receipt it’s usually in the bag we didn’t have one it was drive through so didn’t have time to check, was told if we didn’t have the receipt and wasn’t willing to drive ten mins to take the kids food back nothing could be done I said it show on my account and had the details Of the order and the exact time of purchase still the person on the phone was rude and was quick to hang up and not be at help at all, avoid drive through and always make sure to check you food if you’ve travelled or passing..

Very busy . Well it is school summer holidays Happy meals for three and 3 selects for me - I ordered table service . Unfortunately the selects we’re missing. Very happy children as the free toys were Pokémon cards !

This place was absolutely disgusting. The chairs were covered with dead flies. Living flies flew all over the restaurant and kept landing on our food. I am absolutely baffled to have seen a 5 hygiene rating on the door outside. This place doesn’t even deserve a 1. They had long service wait for food and then failed to inform us of lack of availability after purchase (mcflurry). Rude staff then told us to hurry up while we were choosing an alternative to a mcflurry for a child which was very unprofessional.

Food cold large Big Mac meal all stone cold ???? Couldn’ that they could not cry anything chicken nuggets???? due to having no fat oil but managed to produce a stone cold large big Mac meal?? Wont even feed to my dogs so on the bin…. Honestly don’t … o but first review

Got the order right, bit of a pain having to go park up and wait for the order and not a good idea to give out the drinks and not the food, if foods not ready then park customers up and bring “everything “ out at the same time. Never had any food from here that has been nice and hot,always just “warm” and soggy fries

Food was cold and very low quality. Service is appalling as they serve the online delivery orders first. The atmosphere was shocking, was with my 7 year old grandson and thete wete kids in from the grammar school and high school all swearing and throwing food about.

This place is good , staff is quick but at the time of my visit toilet was not clean

Basic mcdonalds you know what you're going to get, there is an asain woman(sometimes does face painting) that deserves to be recognised / pay rise as she seems to do everything whilst some other staff members look as though they can't be bothered.

Called at drive thru at 1am waited for fourty minutes and didn't move in que, staff just stood arguing! messing about and shaking hands with their mates, saw 3 other vehicles in front of us pull out and leave before we did the same so no idea how long they had waited, if you want drive thru don't bother in early hours of morning, who knows how long you will need to wait,

Asked twice for the order to be made fresh because I’m too used to getting cold chips when visiting McDonald’s. They got the whole order wrong and it’s was freezing. Didn’t eat it but couldn’t be bothered going back as it was so busy with other people about to get served cold unfresh food. I don’t know how they think this is acceptable.

Not.only did they get the order wrong it was basically cold plus there fries are mentally unhealthy chexk out the process for there chips
