A very, very good cinema in the North East! The parking is extremely large, with disabled spaces located just outside the cinema entrance. The recliner seats are comfortable, I'd say as good as the ones from the Vue cinema in Bolton, however it lacked the trays which would've been helpful. The separators between rows offer more privacy for viewers, which I enjoyed. The sound quality was so-so, we watched Jurassic World: Dominion and I didn't feel that the sound effects were that loud. The bathrooms were clean, and the hallway offered sofas where one could wait or just relax. The staff were polite, good customer service. The booking experience via the website was smooth, and an extra added touch was having a look at the food and drinks menu ahead of arriving at the cinema. There is an option available to place your food and drinks order ahead, but we chose to decide upon arrival. The nachos portion was very good size, of course cinema food is more expensive but hey ho! I'd recommend this cinema for an enjoyable cinema viewing experience!

Loved the leather recliner seats! So comfortably sat. Staff are kind well spoken and speak with a good attitude. Toilets are clean. Beautiful place over all! 🎬

The comfiest seats I’ve ever sat on in a cinema. There is so much room too, not cramped next to people in front or behind you. By far the best cinema experience you could have! Bravo Showcase.

Not too bad apart from you after clean your own chair when you get there cos they didn't even wipe them or clean them atleast it didn't look like they did anyway. The seats are not all that good as they make out they are but nonetheless its still a good night out at the movies. We watched the new exorcist also not all that good as people say. But still worth it for a night out.

Best cinema in the world. All seats are VIP seats. Im nit even dreaming of going t9 another cinema. The app is great and the insider membership is even better. You get good discounts on tickets. The food is a bit expensive but so are all other cinemas. Only thing I dont like is that the nacho cheese topping is a bit spicy

My recent visit to this cinema was okay. The movie selection was good, and the screens were decent. However, the seating could be more comfortable, and some of the seats seemed a bit worn. The sound quality was acceptable, but it could use improvement. The concession prices were a bit high for what you get. Staff were friendly, but the overall experience was just average. It's an okay place to catch a movie, but there's room for improvement.

Love the Showcase. Comfy reclining chairs, plenty of screens and a good variety of showings. Also has a decent selection of snacks/drinks with a bar and Costa Coffee inside too. Great that it's also surrounded by lots of places to eat and drink before or after a film too. Shame it's so expensive these days but I don't think it's alone in that as the general price for tickets at other similar cinemas isn't much different.

Really comfy recliner seats and a great atmosphere. We watched the creator not all together the best film but overall a good experience, there is always decent parking here and plenty to places to eat or drink nearby :)

👍👍 We really enjoyed our tea at Heathfield Farm. The staff were friendly and attentive. There is a good choice of meals to suit all tastes. Some vegetarian options. The ice cream and cakes selection looked amazing but we were too full to order anything maybe next time. Kim was amazing when she look...
