Amazing food as always. Love the dates & steaks night on a Thursday! Great menus and amazing deals! Fab cocktail menu too. Service is always wonderful too! Highly recommend the beef dripping sauce with your steak!

I’m always sooo disappointed when I dine here. My friends think it’s ‘the restaurant’ to dine in locally. However I’ve never had a good meal here. Last time I had a salmon and the taste was awful- I know choosing salmon in a steak house is bound to lead to disaster! So on Saturday 2 Oct 21 I choose the set lunch time menu - great price at just over £11 for two courses (1 course for £9.50 or 3 for £15:50) I choose the garlic mushrooms and they were delicious I asked for my steak to be medium - I hate blue the steak is (in my opinion) too chewy when not cooked ! But it came blue - couldn’t eat it - raw in the middle I can’t say I’m going to return Been 4 times and each time I’ve had food I couldn’t eat - so what’s the point ? Unless I just have a starter ?

Had the £30 Sunday set menu with a couple of friends. Calamari was very nice, steaks (8oz ribeye, £2 extra) were OK, but asked for medium rare (medium was recommended) and only the middle was medium rare and the outer bits were overcooked and dry. Also under-seasoned. The triple cooked chips (£1 extra) were disappointing, not crispy and a bit pointless. The best bit was the lettuce wedges! Desert was tasty, but rather ungenerous in size. Our waiter Josh was friendly with good banter, knowledgeable about the food and no complaints about him, but overall, despite there being more staff than customers, the service didn't flow as well as it could. Compared with other places in the area, the food fell rather flat, and at £30, was overpriced for the quality. On other days the set menu is much more reasonable with 3 courses £15.50. So, I'd avoid Sundays if you can.. Try another day.

Had a fabulous meal here it was delicious. Staff were great and friendly. The food was delicious and came out hot. I booked online which was better than ringing. It was priced ok not to expensive

The food is absolutely divine and the steaks really melt in your mouth. The service was also incredible and they couldn't do enough for you. The cocktails were delicious, especially the Baileys flat white martini. Will be going again.

Miller's was buzzing when we visited on Saturday night - a great 👍 night out. Very busy so queues to check in and a bit of a wait for service but once lovely Callie found us it was 1st class all the way - thank you for making it a fab night for our group Callie ❤️. If you want drinks a lot quicker with your meal go direct to the bar and do it that way 😀.

Went on Saturday for a birthday celebration. We had booked and got in right away. The food was amazing, phenomenal steaks and the ribs were pretty nice too. Puddings were to die for, tried some banoffee pie, brownie and vegan caramel cheesecake. Service was excellent, our server Kirsty was brilliant, showing good knowledge of the menu and gave us some good recommendations. Pricing was fair, you get what you pay for. Would strongly recommend if you've never been before.

Great upmarket place, brought my auntie & step mum for some lunch here...very old historical building, lovely classy interior, (although not much natural light) so slighty dark in areas. Decor and atmosphere & 10/10 steak (usually). It can get somewhat pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. My steak was cooked to perfection (medium/rare) but unfortunately the same couldn't be said for my step mum's who's was too welldone 😩🙈🥩 overall it was still fabulous food.

Another good feeling Miller and Carter... Fell was warm and cosy, tones of decor and furniture felt good. Food was great, a good range of steaks at a good price range £20-£80 pp. Good selection of drinks and good menu. Parking good too. Recommended....

The staff are fantastic (Special shout out to Dominic who served us for the night), the ambience is warm and inviting. Even when it seemed very busy, food came in good time. Dominic explained recommendations to my 15 year old son in an excellent manner, and my son was happy to take this on board. We will definitely return. Thank you

Our 4th visit here and it never fails to impress us. We were served for the night by a lady called Gennavieie and she was really welcoming and made sure to keep checking on us to make sure everything was okay. There were no waiting around, the food was quick and amazing as well as the amazing atmosphere 😊This is our favourite place to visit when celebrating a day.

This was our first time at Miller & Carter Mirfield. We was served by Leanne. What a lovely,wonderful lady. She met all our needs and did several check backs,making sure we was very looked after. Such a pleasant Waiter. 5**** Service. The Food was outstanding from starter to main and even the desert was to die for! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Had a fantastic night this evening, great starters, amazing steaks cooked to perfection and the desserts just as good! Especially the Banoffee Pie recommended by Gennavieve who looked after us exceptionally throught the evening, lovely friendly service and went above and beyond! Been before but this time was even better! Will definitely be back again soon!

Celebrated my partner’s birthday with a meal here on a Friday night. Would definitely recommend booking in advance. Food is worth the price, if you’re looking for quality meat that’s cooked properly.

We enjoyed excellent service, meals, and drinks here. This is one of our favourite places to eat and drink. We went with friends and just the two of us and have always loved the place. We can't wait to go there again. Well recommended for a good night out.

We have come here for a birthday meal and it has turned out alright. I must say that both burgers and ribs are really good while fries and other sides are alright. Steaks though, from a place called steakhouse with multiple venues across the country, I expect much more. They are average at best and being served barely warm is not good enough for the price we had to pay. From such a place, I would expect the steaks to be at least served on a lava stone/plate (basically hot stone on which the food would at least keep warm and you can even cook it more if needed).

Superb experience at M&C Huddersfield Waiter was friendly and helpful with suggestions. Food was served in a reasonable timescale Excellent quality and taste for the steaks, meaty beef and not watered down. Wasn't a fan of the surf and turf option, lobster tail was nothing special and rubbery texture. I'll stick to seafood restaurants for that. The scallops were cooked very well. Wasn't a fan of the wine but it's subjective. Wasn't offered a wine taste before confirming the bottle chosen. It was a very pleasant experience and can't wait to return

Beautiful date night. Best steak I've had anywhere. Our waitress Alice was lovely and made us feel very special.

Celebrated my 40th here with 21 people. Hugo was our waiter and has been amazing! The food was fresh for such a large table and the service was fantastic
