Great food very friendly staff and Dog friendly

I came in on my lunch break and ordered the kickin-chicken quesadilla and unfortunately the chicken came raw. It wasn’t just pink (as the wrap is beet I wondered if it was colour-bleeding) , but the texture felt almost gelatinous. The texture of raw chicken. I took it back to the bar and explained I didn’t have time for a whole replacement meal but would like new fries in case of cross-contamination. No refund was ever offered and I was told that the chef said “it’s not raw it’s the marinade” . The new fries came very quickly in fairness and I’m very impressed with how polite and professional the server was (tall lad with brown hair, skull graphic on his t shirt). You could tell they’d gone over his head and he felt really uncomfortable. My issue is, I can’t eat raw chicken . And I was told that I was wrong. I can cook… I know what raw chicken is. I know the customer is not always right, but an issue of potential salmonella is not something to simply refute. No refund as I ordered through the app. I was told a manager would come and they never did. Very disappointing as I come to warehouse every time I’m out in Huddersfield and the patronising response from the chef about a food safety issue has really put me off. Two stars only for the fantastic customer service from the server and immediate (attempted) action. The picture I have is only one piece but all pieces were like this and the same, gooey texture .

Was quite surprised. Haven't been here for years. Nice pint of Real ale. Good selection as well. Pool tables are contact less as well. First time I've seen that as well. £1,50 a game.

21/07/23: good venue, and although it looks like a Wacky Warehouse/run down pub from the outside, it was actually lovely inside. Good range of craft ales. Clean and open plan. Sadly, didn't really cater for dogs, albeit dog friendly as they have no dog bowls and couldn't improvise. Service was acceptable and it wasn't very busy. This was out pub stop 4 on the Huddersfield Ale Trail.

Came for bottomless brunch today and it was amazing - service was spectacular and our server Aran was so attentive and friendly! - would 100% come again and Recommend - thank you! :)

Fabulous venue! Spacious, funky, banging dance music, amazing atmosphere, great Barman, he was so friendly & funny but professional, and the Pino was very good! Brilliant outdoor space & perfect for any sporting event as Tv's everywhere, inside & out! We just popped in last night for a drink on the way home about 11pm with my daughter & we loved it! Will be back soon.

Absolutley amazing! Came in for a birthday brunch and was served by Kitty. She was amazing, quick with the service always making sure you had a drink with you and making sure everything with the food was okay. Food was amazing and the choice of drinks too was very good! £25 per person for 2 hours. You literally cannot give wrong, would highly recommend to go and we definitely will be going back!!!

Had brunch today ( Grand National ) the venue was busy but the staff were fantastic despite being short staffed. Jacob was acting as manager today and was great, they’d had a few silly complaints from people that couldn’t understand that the staff members don’t have 8 arms each and can’t beckon to their every need at any given moment. Well done to all the staff members today, my group of friends had an amazing day!

4 meals ordered, and only 1 person got their 1st choice. Everyone else had to choose another 3 times to get a meal. when it came, it was tasty but disappointed that we had to wait 40 mins before we were allowed to order food, and then when we could order, it was a 40 min wait again. was told the kitchen was overwhelmed.

We had a group booking arranged for our pre game meal and the staff catered to all of our needs without hesitation. Our food came out fresh and in a timely manner and our rowdyness was welcomed and cheered along. Considering there was around 24 of us, the service was very impressive. Charlie, the branch manager, constantly made sure there was nothing lacking with the service and made any adjustments where needed despite being last minute. There was a mix-up with payments off the set menu, but Charlie owned up to the issue. Apologised and reassured us of a solution suitable to us. The kitchen staff prepared our food to an excellent quality and even went out of their way to keep service open until they found an extra slice of cake for one of out dessert hungry players. This extra effort was much appreciated and so a special thanks to Andy, the kitchen manager, for going the extra mile. My niece had the bottomless brunch, a choice from the menu, and as many proseco and margaritas as it is humanly possible to drink in two hours. Chaos ensured, fun was had. The bar staff were friendly and tolerated the assault of screaming drunk women with a smile.

Great choice of beers & lagers etc and the decor has to be seen to be believed - no complaints at all! Plus more TVs than you can shake a STICK at.

We did the bottomless brunch just after New Years. Jacob, who I assume is part of the management team, was absolutely brilliant with us. He was very attentive to make sure we got our money's worth, and the food was very decent for the overall price. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for some drinks, food and a good atmosphere.

Had a bottomless brunch at warehouse today and had a great experience. Fantastic value, great food and drinks and even better service. Chris and Ben were fantastic at making sure we had enough drinks and couldn’t do more to assist us throughout. Watching the F1 in the background made the experience all the better. Third time I’ve been for the bottomless brunch, and never disappointed. Highly recommend.

I dropped by The Warehouse recently and it really stood out. The place had a stylish, modern vibe. The food was delicious an. The service was on point, and the drinks had a special and enjoyable twist. The atmosphere was cozy. If you're a football fan, they've got that covered too. All in all, The Warehouse is definitely worth a visit for a unique and enjoyable time.

Great selection of food and drinks. Staff were accommodating to my dietary needs. They have plenty of TV’s for all the sport action so definitely can’t miss any big games. Highly recommend for a good couple of hours out with both family & friends ☺️

4 of us went for the bottomless brunch and was really impressed with it. Good food, lovely drinks (really enjoyed the tiki cocktail) kept us topped up no one was without a drink, friendly staff, just a nice atmosphere all around. All wheelchair accessible with disabled toilets. Thank you we will be returning.

There's a great atmosphere at this place. The few times I've been, there's been a buzz in the air, and everyone seems happy. The staff are friendly too!

I went into warehouse yesterday (Tuesday) on a really quiet day. Really enjoyed the environment when it was less busy so I can only imagine it being great when it’s busier. Had a real good chance to talk to the bar staff (Aran). His customer service was amazing and overall seems like a great person. Will differently be returning.

Cannot recommend Bottomless Brunch here enough! Brody & Morgan were absolutely brilliant servers, kept us supplied in prosecco & cocktails & always served with a smile & a laugh. Total credits to the company. Next time I do bottomless brunch I'm coming here. No doubt

Sarah the bar staff absolutely lovely very efficient we went for bottomless brunch and it was lovely and the food was delicious very big portions... but I cant say enough sarah was always coming to are table and very welcoming there was a new team member on board and he tried his best with us too definitely coming back and highly recommended

Brandon is amazing! Ask for him, very attentive with orders definitely 10 out of 10 came and checked drinks before finishing and ordered and ready for when we finished no wasting time. Would definitely recommend 👌

Love this place. I have been coming here since I was 20. A good choice of drinks especially for those looking for something different to try. The seating area outside is nice and relaxing. There's even pool tables. Good food too . Definitely recommend this place.

We have just had a bottomless brunch for the first time at warehouse! I have to say Morgan was absolutely amazing. We love Morgan! She was so happy and attentive and my friend from Essex will tell everyone how amazing warehouse Is! Sarah who joined later was also amazing! Give them a pay rise!!!! Xx

We came for a bottomless brunch for my mums 65th birthday and I can truly say they do cater for all ages! Sarah and Branan were the best! Couldn’t wish for better always kept the drinks flowing

We arrived at 12 o clock and throughout our bottomless brunch the staff were attentive and made sure we had whatever we wanted even when the pub became busy. Especially Sarah and Callum who were fantastic. We will definitely be coming back here

Me and 3 friends came for bottomless brunch for a birthday meal and it was amazing! The food was brilliant, their was a great choice of drinks and the service was 10/10, Brodie, sarah and callum couldn't do enough for us, we will defo be coming again and would recommend to anyone!

This is great on an evening, but we visited to get some brunch, which was shocking. The veggie breakfast ordered for my friend, they had run out of veggie sausages, so offered her crumpets instead, hardly substantial. About 20 minutes later someone came out and informed me that my regular breakfast they were out of mushrooms. The cappuccinos were a quarter of the cup, which considering we ordered large ones arrived in a standard household mug. Once the food arrived, my friends crumpets with jackfruit was served with a beanstalk instead of the advertised rocket. My regular breakfast despite lacking the mushrooms and being a substantial amount was bland and tasteless. To add insult there was no butter provided for the toast. Safe to say we'll visit again for drinks but never again for food. Which is a real shame considering its a popular area and has really nice aesthetics inside.

Arrived at 4:40pm on Friday, after scanning the now redundant bar code on the table, me and my girlfriend found the correct one and tried to order. Not being able to see a whole section of the menu, we went up to the bar to order and after ordering something new because what my girlfriend wanted wasn’t available anyway, we were asked for our ID’s. We are both Uni students and weren’t planning on having drinks so my girlfriend didn’t bring ID. I had mine in my pocket already but after offering that, as she didn’t have hers, we were asked to leave. Evidently, even after specifying that we only want food, no alcohol, they can still kick you out. Luckily, we have a generous flat mate that offered to drive ID down as we have been recommended Warehouse repeatedly and the food looks decent. Came back 15mins later with ID and wasn’t asked for it. After enquiring, apparently, it’s at the waiter’s “discretion” who to kick out for just wanting to eat. Thankfully the food is at least 10x better than the service. 5/10 for food be will generous for this costlier Wetherspoon's knockoff.
