Having worked with Glen for 6 years and being impressed with his skills and his ethos, I naturally turned to him when I needed impressions taking of my own ears. I was given a convenient appointment and he attended my home to carry out the work neatly and speedily. As a hard of hearing audiologist, I find Glen to be sensitive to the needs of hearing-impaired people. For example, he mimes as well as speaking to check you’re OK while you have impression material blocking up your ears! Not all audiologists are as thoughtful (although we should be!) but Glen has a gift for understanding these things. Glen cares very much about the standard of his work, and consistently prioritises the needs of his patients. I have worked with him in the NHS and at Boots, and know him to be experienced and very good at what he does. If you’ve heard of ‘the toothpaste that dentists use’ to refer to something that is known to be good in that industry, well, Glen is the audiologist that audiologists use. I wish him very well in his new venture and I know that he will take care of his wax removal and hearing care customers. Would highly recommend.

Glen visited me this morning for an ear wax removal, I have been dealing with a blocked ear for over a week and was desperate to get it removed. He visited me with his equipment and kindly removed every bit of ear wax out of both my left and right ear while having a friendly chat. The wax removal was painless and more like a nice vibration in the ear and I really would and will recommend glen to anyone and everyone. He is super and passionate about what he does and I will be booking again with him in the future for sure.

I must say how fantastic this service is from Glen. My dad has perforated ear drums and it was a struggle to get someone to remove the hard wax, plus with mobility issues going anywhere takes a lot of planning. We had a home visit from Glen, he came well equipped, polite and professional.The wax removal was a success. We would highly recommend this clinic and service.

Glen came to attend to my Mother today, it was her first ear wax removal, she's 93 years old, he had a great bed side manner and put her at ease. Fingers crossed she now has a new lease of life. Thank you Glen!!

Glenn has don't a fantastic job. My ears were badly blocked and causing me to lose sleep and stress. He came the same day I called and at tome that was convenient for me. He took his time to get rid of all the wax that was there. I would definitely recommend his service.

I apparently have freakishly tiny ear canals so it was a challenge to get them clear, Glen took the time to do it properly so I’m very grateful. I’m now hearing clearer than I have in a long time, so I absolutely would recommend his services :)

I made a call to Glen on behalf of my husband who was having problems with both blocked ears. Glen immediately offered us an appointment the same afternoon and arrived on time. After spending an hour my husbands ears were sorted and he could finally hear again and felt so much better. Glen is friendly welcoming and caring. Recently I have been having trouble with my hearing , in that I was struggling to hear some of the quieter children in my class. As a teacher this was obviously causing me concern and impacting on my day to day professional life. A colleague recommended Glen at The Mobile Hearing Clinic so I contacted him for advice. He was incredibly helpful and arranged to see me a couple of days later. Glen thoroughly examined my ears and found a build up of wax which he was able to remove. He talked me through the procedure as he did it and showed me my ear canal before and after treatment so I could see the change. Not only could I see the change but I could hear it ! The quality of my hearing has measurably improved and I can now hear everything my little ones are telling me ! Glen was very friendly, reassuring and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will definitely avail myself of his excellent services should I require them in the future.

Excellent service. Called on a Sunday after my 86 years old auntie had struggled for weeks with ear wax. Glen turned up next day and in no time resolved this issue. His partner was very good with emailing the receipt and asking if everything was ok with the service.

I had wax removal with pictures taken that were showed before & after treatment. Very professional service and would definitely use Glen when required.

My wife had been having issues with her hearing for a number of months and was going through the GP to get her ears cleared of wax. Finally on the day of her procedural appointment, there was a mix up with the time and it was missed. I called Jo and Glen to see if they could help and luckily Glen had a spare appointment slot the next morning. Glen arrived on time and was very professional and personable, talking through each part of the process in detail and sharing his findings at each stage. Within the hour my wife's hearing was back to normal, which really made us both happy after months of her barely able to hear. I can't recommend Glen's services enough. At the end of the appointment he took the time to explain options for ongoing care and even answered a query I posed him relating to a long standing hearing anomaly I often experience. Will definitely call on Glen again if we have any further need in his field of expertise.
