Wanted to try this as was intrigued who they were and why they'd opened in the UK. I'd only ever heard of them because of the story of staff calling cops in Canada during their lockdown because guy was eating his food in his car outside their store (we never got that crazy!). Anyway verdict was pretty disgusting. Burger didn't look like meat and didn't taste like it either. Bun was stale and whole thing was horrible. Waffle fries tasted just like oven cooked McCain frozen ones. At least the drink was just a bottle of coke so at least that was ok. Glad it was just me and I didn't subject my family to it.

Don't go here 😭 It's below dreadful If I could go minus with the stars I would have. Start We arrived and told the staff we hadn't been before and could they offer any assistance with the order Answer no 😔 We ordered a chicken burger and a banoffee milkshake The milkshake is crushed ice filled with lukewarm milk and water with the essence of flavour. It's definitely not a milkshake Binned that and went across the road It was dreadful The burger photo tells you the rest Totally sub standard for the price and quality Wrapped in foil If you are thinking of coming here don't and just go to any buttie shop it will be better than this. I was quite appalled and shocked by the service and unfriendly staff The food was basically inedible The only good thing was the lattice chips Totally 1 star. Not likely to return and I did wonder why it was quiet. There's nothing to recommend here other than don't try it I don't often give one star but you really need to shut down and start again

Never been to a Tim Hortons before, so no idea what to expect!! The choices are fairly limited, but the ease to order was great. We got 3 chicken burger meals, and 1 kids meal. There was a good choice of sauces and drinks. Service was quick!! The potato lattice instead of chips are great too!! All in all, a good alternative to McDonald's and we would go back!!

Liked aspects. Chicken was tiny for the price. Not much sauce on burgers. Donuts nice. Toasted sandwich good. 1 out of the 3 meals we had were good. Quite expensive.

Restaurant is very nice, comfy chairs. Service is quick. Food isnt great though, horrible burnt waffle fries, the kind you do at home, in oven for kids. The burgers are average. And we tried desert too, order seems to be wrong, the mini donuts look nothing like they supposed to, and they all taste pretty much same. See pic

Drive through-Very fast service food was out in 2 minutes, but the chicken (halal) burger was quite dry, and the place doesn’t do the traditional fries. And instead of getting a cup of coke got given 2 bottles of coke with added sugar tax showing on the receipt too. Plus no tissues were given with the food. Quite disappointed overall, first and last time.

So it is Halal except for selling ham/bacon but they are very strict as its stored and cooked totally separately. They said there is no risk of contamination. i ordered a triple cheese burger..it was served in rough piece of foil with no toppings or salad/gerkin/lettuce/onions. The burger was very dry and similar to a McDonald's, processed, cheap cheese burger with a very small amount of wafer fries and a drink for £8.29. It was nothing like the picture advertised. We also bought box of 12 doughnuts for £22.99 which are still to be tried. I wouldn't go again, definitely not filling or worth it.

I visited here today and the manager was absolutely amazing. She was really friendly and welcoming. I know this is a fast food style drive thru but she was doing a fantastic job and in this heat I can only sympathise having to deal with customers while running around. The manager's name was Uroobz (please forgive me If I have spelt or written the name down wrong). I visit this tim Hortons quite regularly because it's a great restaurant and has great staff. Keep up the amazing work :-):-):-)

My favorite Candian coffee French Vanilla, so creamy with your special blend coffee and milk combination. I got 2 large ones. They were great, one I drank cold the next day as I left it my car overnight. It was still as good. The box of 10 tinbits lasted 10 mins they are so good. For a treat I had a honey Cruller donut, it went too quickly. Helpful and very friendly staff. I will be back for more very soon. Bought a box of donuts to share, everyone loved them.

Nice food, tried crispy chicken burger tall, tbh it was not bad for the price, staff appeared friendly but still looks in ‘shell’. Donut was way overpriced for the taste. Overall nice clean environment inside.

For a fast food restaurant, this place was incredible. There was ample parking, including a few disabled spots. The restaurant was incredibly clean, with plenty of seating. Service was very quick, and the food was fresh and of a high quality. Paid around £8 for my meal, but is definitely worth it for the quality of the food, and speed of the service

The food was tasty. My husband and I had a sausage and egg muffin which was tasty, even without sauce. Peppermint tea was nice, not too weak or bland. Hubby had English tea, it was a nice cup of tea. It is self service at the kiosk, quite straight forward. However, it was a very long wait to collect food even though the restaurant was not busy. Service was very slow indeed. Not too noisy, not too dark or dull, overall a pleasant atmosphere. We visited at 10:30am. However I did find the washroom could be a lot cleaner and tidy to use. The floor was dirty, sticky, and felt like suckers gripping onto my shoes with a very unpleasant stale odour, standards of cleanliness and hygiene could be improved.

My boyfriend is a born and bred Canadian, with a love for Tim Hortons. Took him here and does not taste like it should - weird for a brand which prides itself on the ‘taste of Canada’. Timbits too doughy and dry. The ice coffee tastes like smoothie. :(

The best thing about Tim Hortons is the coffee. The burgers taste more like food than McDonalds.

The food was really good and the service too. Specifically Mr. Love was genuinely really nice. Great ambience and amazing experience.

Absolutely brilliant breakfast , the real true taste of Canada, especially the famous French vanilla. This was my first experience of Tim hortons and it smashes McDonald’s off the face of the earth in every aspect. Lot better food. Best breakfast I’ve had in a fast food chain in the uk. Cannot recommend enough. Breakfast wrap was the best with the chipolite sauce

Great place for coffee, breakfast combo is cheap but very basic. Staff work quickly and efficiently. Perfect little treat for the way home after seeing a movie at the Showcase next door. Will always recommend the Honey Cruller and Caramel Ice Capp!

The breakfast was cheaper than Macdonald's and.was very tasty. The interior feels a bit stale and boring and needs some fun injecting into it. Looks like a storage warehouse from the outside.

Very quick service here, we just ordered a couple of coffees, but I absolutely love Tim Hortons French Vanilla Latte. They don’t have one of these stores in Lincoln, so it’s a real treat to come out here. Knocked a star off because the price of a large French Vanilla Latte here is over £4, just seems a bit steep to me. Then again, as I said, it is a rare treat 😂

This is my first time visiting Tim Hortons. I ordered a classic ring donut, maple and the Apple fritter. I also had a French vanilla latte. Decor inside is nice and we had a nice seated area. However there was no music, think this would be a good idea if they are marketing themselves in Starbucks area which I think they are based on the amount of hot drinks on offer and price range. The Apple fritter was delicious, best out of the three, very much like Cinnabon without cream. Classic was only ok, kks version is better. The maple was quite nice not amazing. Coffee was good, tastes very much like a syrupy Starbucks. Price wise it’s a little higher than kk for the donuts and a little more than Starbucks for the coffee.

Quick service, massive range of beverage choices and donuts plus burgers etc. Had a giant cuppa and a burger and it was lovely. Only complaint my lattice fries were cold. Donuts were delicious and I had with an espresso which was lovely.
