Supposed to be low income rental units BUT my monthly rent raises yearly...been here over 7 yrs now and along with the good, there's also some negative aspects just like any other complexes, I'm sure. Other than that, units are definitely nice & cozy with plenty of storage area, with the exception of pretty small living rooms. Small & safe playground on-site. Washer/dryer hook-ups in each unit ALSO inside laundry facility on-site with cheap soda machine and a free rentable community room that's very spacious & great for parties 🥳 and free for the tenants too! All electric and utilities don't run very high, for me anyway. Overall, 4/5 stars ✨ -Hannah Rogers

Worst experience I have ever had! Was jerked around for a week with needing documents. Then was told we had the apartment when I called and asked what was going on just to get a call back about 2 hours later stating we made too much. I make under the requirements for these apartments. Guess they just enjoy wasting peoples time

Nice layout. Comfortable apartments with enough space to make it home. Visited a friend who lived there. Would be a choice if I hadn't had a house elsewhere. Some residents not quite what I would approve my kids to hang out with

I would recommend that this place needs new management before living there. I have known an older couple that lived there and just moved. This gentlemans wife needed an ambulance and management ( TERRY) quickly ran over threatening to evict them for this inconvenience of an ambulance. Later that week while visiting my friends, management (TERRY) pulled up at around 10pm. Shortly after a pair of vicegrips got thrown through the window and she sped away. She made them pay for what she has done. She also does that with inspections. She walks around being rude. She will not allow anything by your doors, windows and she will write you up if you have Anthon in the closet, claiming that all of this are fire hazards. And God luck trying to call to voice your concerns.. Terry's manager is just as bad and does the same. All messages and calls go to them.

We had a nice party here for a few close friends. It was clean and in very nice condition.
