I went to this dental office for many years. I never had any problems until one time there was an billing issue that couldn’t be explained. I questioned the bill no one could tell me anything. Dr. Tate’s wife, the account manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. She did not provide good customer service for a long time customer. She refused to explain why I was being billed. I asked to speak with Dr. Tate or someone else and she refused. She stated I was not wanted back there, don’t come back and hung up on me several times. The Dr. and other staff members are great, but the account manager, Mrs. Tate does not care about how she treats her husband’s clients.

Asked to forward my X-ray to new dentist and never did. Also can’t email them from their website form is broken. Vague as to what’s covered or costs. Location hard to find. Snazzy equipment and state of art but that’s the only upside.

Just had two crowns put on and more prep work for my front teethe. Dr Winkler was very attentive and gentle. She made sure I stayed numb and made sure to limit the stress on my TMJ. The finished crowns look amazing. I literally could cry. It is so nice to see undamaged pretty teethe and not self conscious when I smile.

Dr. Winkler and team do amazing work and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable while in their care. Kirkwood Family Dental also does everything they can to help you get the most out of any benefits you may have and work with your schedule to get the care you need. I would recommend this practice to anyone with no hesitation!

We have been seeing Dr. Tate for several years now and appreciate the fine quality dental care we have received. He is honest with us and never tells us we need a service that is not absolutely necessary. A previous dentist told me that I was going to need a number of services that Dr.Tate said were not necessary unless I insisted I wanted them done. I can't remember now what they were because it's been so long since I saw the other dentist. I was in need of a bridge that the other dentist did not want to do until I had the other work he thought I needed done first, but I decided to see Dr. Tate, and he started my bridge on my second visit. I wear the bridge proudly and feel absolutely comfortable with it in my mouth. I have beautiful teeth now and proud to show them off. We originally started going to Dr. Tate because our daughter and son-in-law both went to him and took their five boys to him. The boys were all so happy to see Dr. Tate, and were never afraid. My husband and family highly reccomend this caring doctor and his efficient and also caring staff.

Dr Lupardus was amazing. I had been dealing with a chipped tooth and for cosmetic reasons didn’t want to smile. He fixed it up in 45 minutes. Can’t say enough about him and his staff. Will recommend this clinic to everyone!!

Dr. Winkler & her staff were very punctual, efficient, and friendly. Her hygienist did an excellent job on my cleaning & she made sure I didn’t feel a thing during my filling appointment. Great Office & staff

This is the only time in my life that visiting a dentist didn't make me anxious! I highly recommend Dr. Winkler and her staff. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Dr. Winkler was super knowledgeable and so friendly.
