St Louis ENT Health, a division of Sound Health Services

Otolaryngologist Otolaryngology clinic

👍 Overall I find this facility to be filled with caring and friendly staff. When my husband was seen for the removal of excess ear wax build up and hearing evaluation everyone treated him with respect and kindness. I would recommend Sound Health Service wholeheartedly.

Went here because my doctor believed I should get my ears checked due to my tinnitus. The service was good and the nurse practitioner was awesome. The receptionist told me I owed nothing on the day of the appointment and then a month later a bill came in for over $480.00. Over half of that was just the cost of a new patient visit fee. Insurance covered about half of it, I was just shocked by the sheer amount. I called billing to see if I could get a lower rate and they essentially told me I should be thankful for how low the price I got was and asked if I was ready to make the payment over the phone. They do good work, but going here even on a physician's recommendation will definitely cost.

St. Louis ENT Health is great. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcomed and at ease. Dr. Pugliano is great he doesn't try to push anything on you that you are unsure of but he wants to help you get better. Barb the allergist is amazing. She is so friendly and truly seems to care. She loves to see my son. I would totally recommend this place.

What a refreshing experience with Dr Bailey and team! Starting at the front desk, very efficient and friendly. Two people greeting because it is a busy place. Both are very friendly. Staff and Dr are very knowledgeable and great listeners. Patient but aware of the time. I felt that the nurse as well as Dr Bailey understood exactly what led me to their care when I quickly briefed my history. In a short amount of time we had a plan, a timeline, and I felt like I was in the right hands. It was even easy to work out the communication between this specialist and my Doctors. Can’t say enough good things!

By far the most poorly run and least effective staff from any doctor’s office I’ve been to. They cancelled my appointment day of twice (once within 2 hours of my appointment), both times making me reschedule a month out instead of allowing me to come in sooner. This was important because it was the last step I needed before getting surgery which would have delayed it by three months if I had stuck with them. I ended up switching to another doctor and getting my records transferred was a nightmare. I had to get a CT scan at my new doctor’s office because of their refusal to send the one I took there. They will not answer calls or return voicemails, and if they do return calls they will speak down to you and say they have already completed what you asked despite them not following up to inform you or actually doing it. If you’re interested in a frustrating experience this is the place for you, but if you expect a professional environment I’d look elsewhere. I regret wasting my time with them. Edit: as I am trying to resolve this, the office manager stated that there is no record of my cancelled appointments on file and that I she’s not sure what she can do to help since I waited 3 months to call. Knowing that there’s no record of appointments that were SET, I have no doubt they haven’t kept track of my many phone attempts over the past months to get this resolved. Heinous.

I saw the audiologist (didn't catch her name) and Dr. Pugliano. Both were very informative and answered my questions. I was treated for one of my three symptoms, as the others were to be evaluated by CT Scan. Dr. Pugliano explains the procedure prior to executing it and is very gentle. I recommend him.

I like this location for hearing aids because they have knowledgably audiologists. They are not trying to sell hearing aids, but more interested in helping you hear better and enjoy life more. I recommend Dr. Megan at the Kirkwood location.

Dr. Brandsted performed an emergency surgery and explained everything in a very understandable manner. She was professional, yet compassionate. An excellent Dr.
