On 12.14.21, my family and I visited Texas Roadhouse for dinner for my mother’s 62nd birthday at her request. Everything was fine until my 10 year old pulled out her mouth a balled of piece of green receipt paper that was in her Caesar salad. I immediately requested the manager, she took forever to come to our table I eventually had to get up out my seat and look for her. I spoke to Melissa she introduced herself as part owner of the restaurant. I explained to her what just occurred with my daughter and her salad. She looked at me like I had two heads and then offered me a bowl of ice cream for having receipt paper in my daughters salad. The owner was very nonchalant and and acted like it was normal. Now I don’t know if her actions were because we are black but she definitely was NOT courteous. And because I didn’t want to ruin my mothers birthday I still paid $172 for the bill. The owner did not even offer to take care of. I quickly realized and was able to get pictures of the kitchen. The food is served next to the garbage and the green receipt paper that was in my daughters salad was also on the kitchen floor of the restaurant.

Great portions. Could only eat half. Server was nice and kept drinks full. The blooming onion reheated well in the oven the next day. Buckets of shelled peanuts are on the tables for those who eat them( not me but for those who do). Would I go back, definitely. Food pic- free peanut, blooming onion, steak and half rib rack, loaded baked potato, broccoli, warm rolls with butter, and Mmmmmmmmm beer.

Well done? And only remedy was to put it back on the grill to dry out and cook more. Very disappointed. May have to end my weekly visit. Has been bad lately. What happened?

Extremely busy 15 minutes behind appointment times.partu sat for more than 38 minutes after we ordered waiting for our food. people that came in after us got their food before we did right at the next table even jokingly pointing out that their food arrived first even though they ordered after us???? Not sure how that functions or the restaurant is so busy? Then we had to move our own empty dishes down the table for the employees? What happened to service ....? Over $100 for a potato and some cold poorly seasoned rice . Perhaps restaurant impossible could visit and find who lost the customer service .

They have the best seasoned steaks! And I highly recommend the call ahead seating so you're not waiting around for a table. There is literally something for everybody here.

I miss the peanuts.... We enjoyed an early dinner and overall it was pleasant. They had trouble with our order — bringing my wife a rib eye when she ordered prime rib. But they graciously corrected it. Our server was a bit random but very cheery and sweet. We both felt that our entrees were "okay" but not exceptional. So we had a good time and a reasonable meal but not a great time and a fantastic meal. They have done better in the past. I'm sure we'll be back. 🥩

ordered ribeye with shrimps. everything is tasty, well prepared. from the minuses it is very loud in the hall. the waiters are pleasant, the service is good

Waited 1.5 hrs and our server, Karen, made it worth it. Her 11 years experience showed when she asked if I needed more dressing as soon as it was placed down. Also, get. On. The. Wait. List. by the app/online to avoid waiting insanely longer times.

Worst service I’ve ever had. From the front, to the manager (who apparently can’t count past 4) and especially with the disappearing waitress. After waiting 1 1/2 hours for a table, we had to wait another 20 minutes after we were seated for the waitress to hurriedly drop of napkins. We called her back and told her we were ready to order our drinks and food. She reluctantly took our order. 5-10 minutes later, they seated the table behind us. They were immediately greeted, orders placed and fresh bread placed on their table. (We still had no bread or drinks). After quite some time the table behind us were served salads and their food, while we had drinks for 5 of the 6 people and 4 pcs of bread for 6 people. (Brought by the manager without saying anything) We finally got our salads and the waitress hurriedly leaves then comes back to ask how we want our steaks!! She hadn’t even placed our order! We had had enough and left money on the table for our salad and drinks and left, without ever getting our dinner. I realize it was busy, but this was beyond unacceptable. I won’t be going back to that location. Poor service all the way around.

Took my 14 year old granddaughter for her first time. It was a busy Friday night. Food was fantastic..my granddaughter heard about the rolls and butter from her friends and they did not disappoint. Service was also great for such a busy night. I had been looking forward to this meal for almost a year. I highly recommend.

I enjoyed my birthday. The customer service is awesome. My steak dinner, appetizer, rolls and desert was so good, I will return for more. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, great customer service, great food, great location

The front of the house (hosts) are not friendly so I am not sure if I will come back. After waiting for 40 mins I came back to be told "your name is not on the list" and then "you are in line for another restaurant, not this one" and basically I had to ask for the third time while showing the text message and my phone number just to be put back on the wait list. My server was very nice and the food was good. However considering all the trouble I had to deal with the front desk, I probably will listen to the host and be in line for another restaurant.

This was our first time eating here. The service was good (because our waiter checked on us), we waited for about 40 min for our food to come after ordering, it was warm like it had been sitting. My husband's steak, green beans🔥 and salad was outstanding👌🏾 The rolls and butter would be the only reason that I return🤣🔥The Onion blossom was delicious and hot. Our son ordered a cheeseburger and loaded fries. The cheese was not edible(please replace it). When he picked up one fry, the entire amount of cheese moved. It was taken off and moved to the side . The steak fries were burned. He enjoyed his burger 👌🏾 I had the smothered chicken, with onions and mushrooms on top. I couldn't have the sauce because I'm lactose intolerant. So our waiter subbed a brown gravy instead. It was okay, I had green beans(melt in your mouth🔥) and fries(salty and burned).

The food was phenomenal!!! They have their own brand of steak sauce which paired with ANY steak is such a signature, yet delicious flavor which cant be matched anywhere else. The ribs are so tender and yummy!!!! You wont believe me until u go here and eat them...they are so fire!!! Prices are excellent too plus they sell cocktails and beer!!...I went with girlfriend and her big beautiful self ate good and was quiet for a while. You should visit and its kid friendly!!!!

We were told the wait would be 5-15 minutes and we waited longer than 45 minutes. Folks who arrived after us were getting seated before us. Fortunately once we were seated out waitress was very lovely and attentive. Food met expectations & wait staff was outstanding.

We had a wonderful time at the Kirkwood Texas roadhouse last night! My wife and I came kind of late in the evening and we were already a little buzzed but we got these ultimate margaritas with a little kicker shot of tequila on the side, and that just took everything to another level. Our server was absolutely fantastic. The food came out perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Normally, I love Texas Roadhouse, but this time, they fell shorter than short all around. At 7:30 on a Tuesday there are no excuses for the problems we encountered. Appetizer that never arrived, steak under cooked on one and over cooked on another. Shrimp sticks that had more wood in the shrimp than meat, etc. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back to this location anytime soon 😑

I normally don’t write reviews but tonight’s experience was awful. Our server tonight was underwhelming to say the least and extremely short. Customer service is obviously not her favorite. She took our order and then didn’t check in us for 20 mins. When she would come to help another table she walked by and didn’t even look our way. She finally came over and asked if we were doing okay. I didn’t even have my full sentence out before she walked away. I requested another basket of rolls, as it was my pregnancy craving for the night. It took her another 15 minutes to bring that. She didn’t clear the old basket or empty drink. The food took around 40 minutes to come out. When she brought it she quickly put it down and walked away with a quick apology. She still hadn’t cleared the empty basket, water cup and two bread plates it ask if we had everything we needed. Our food was cold. The fried pickles and boneless wings tasted heavily of salt. I had to almost flag her down for silverware and more napkins. She would spend about two seconds, which gave us NO TIME to actually give a single request. The whole time our service felt rushed. No, it wasn’t overly busy. I saw her standing around talking to co-workers. Overall, I will not be coming back. Please remember that people look forward to going out to eat. I don’t go out often and I should have just ate at home.

This is one of the best Texas Roadhouses !! Steak is 90% always cooked correctly! I love their fillet steak! Unlike the one in ofallon Illinois which I’m close to. I take the 40 mins drive just to eat here when I want a reasonably priced steak !

I love this place. I have never had a bad meal here and the prices can't be beat for steak

Besides the long wait, it is always worth it. The only downside from the last visit here were the fillet medallions. They came cold to the table and maybe they were sitting at the kitchen waiting for the other meal with a large sirloin to cook. The waitress was very nice and offered to take it back to the kitchen, but then they reheated it and overcooked.

Food was great! This is a busy place so best to call ahead and get on the waiting list or do it online. Service was good and our server was very friendly and funny..young man.

My pops enjoyed his father's day. Even with such a large crowd we waited about 30 mins. Everything we ordered was great! Their version of a blooming onion is the best I've ever had. And that's saying something as I never way eat onions. Our steaks were so so tender and good. He definitely enjoyed his Father's Day!

Great steakhouse, I personally wasn’t impressed with my steak “hand cut sirloin” one of their cheaper ones, but their Dallas fillet is absolutely stunning👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Dino was a great waiter. Very attentive and always aiming to please. Friendly too. He made sure we had everything and it was all to our liking. You need more people like Dino.

Alex was our waiter. Not sure if he has a new. He was very friendly. Courteous. Tried to be attentive to all of the customers he had. The food was delicious. it's just the salad came with the meal. And the apps. So all the food was at the table at once.

Meant to post this a few days ago. Me and my husband went 4/3. We went to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. The wait was long but they where super busy. The host up front was easy to talk to and kept us informed when we had questions. We get seated and our waitress was Callie. She was super sweet and got our drink order quick. She made great small talk and overall, a good personality. Got drinks and apps. She took our dinner order. Callie came around got us another round of drinks and just as our food was coming. (Talk about perfect timing). After we finished, she was quick to get boxes and our check. Again she made fun small talk as well as wishing me a happy birthday again. Even with how hectic it was she has a smile the whole time and made sure we where taking care of. I can’t wait to make a trip up there again because the people and the food was amazing.

My family enjoyed a pleasant steak dinner here last night. My initial steak was way over cooked, but the kitchen made me a new steak within a reasonable amount of time. My fiance, was enjoying her perfectly cooked filet so I am glad it happened to me not her. I did ask them to box my refire, as it was getting late and the twins needed sleep and we had to work in the AM. We always love having their fresh hot rolls, but probably not as much as the twins did. They went on and had a full blown conversation with bread in hand while making eachother laugh across the table. The fried pickles were on the salty side. Maybe consider dialing back the salt in the coating since pickles are salty to begin with. Our server Mark, was somewhat prompt with refills and bussing our tables. We did come in an hour before closing on a Sunday, so I can see how a few things may have slipped, but I still always enjoy our meals at Texas Roadhouse.

Little did we know we were going on the Steak Special Discount night. Our wait time was very long. Our seating was unclean, so we had to wait again after we had been called. My steak was under cooked. So I had to wait for a new one. Otherwise, the food, staff and pricing was ok.
