A disaster as service, they have no respect for the customer. You go to change tires and you have to line up in your car and wait for someone from the staff to come to fill out a form and it takes an hour. Before everything was easier, they did everything at the counter and they never waste your time. The manager does not do his job well as an administrator and does not know how to manage a department and employees. I would give it one star to them because poor service. Awful!!!

Nice big store. Very Clean. Friendly staff. I like that there are self-service checkouts by each entrance and regular checkers in the middle with several open. The lade at the dressing rooms was great. I found what I needed in automotive.

DO NOT I repeat, do NOT use the pick up system in this location. I use this weekly in multiple locations and this location seems that whoever is managing the staff doesn't care at all. While you wait 45 minutes for 1 single package, the staff who brings your stuff out is chilling outside talking with friends. If you can drive, go to at cloud, or in OBT

We love this store for selection and location but it is getting more frustrating every visit. They throw freight all day day, every day clogging the aisles with pallets, carts and workers. Add in the "grocery pickup" shoppers with their big blue carts and you can barely move thru the aisles.

Bought a Black SmartWatch, they substituted it for a silver one after purchased, refused to return my money the same day, and have to wait 5 days to have my money back and be able to buy another one in another place. Poor customer service, no way to talk to a real Manager. I left the store frustrated and Mad. They sold me something they did not have and refused to give me my money back the same day, not even a receipt of devolution, so I have to trust them I will have my money back within 5 to 7 days. Totally Disrespectful

Walmart on Osceola Parkway. This was a stop in by my home. I really dislike this Walmart. In the past the customer services was horrible. In the present it still is since the install of self check out. Which I also dislike. I went during the day about 3pm which is a good time to go since there are less people in the store. Since it is near me I go here for a quick stop in. I needed a couple things to start the work week. I did not come into contact or need customer service. However, just like Walmart the associates are stocking the shelves. I did see a cart in attended in the middle of the isle in the way. Luckily I got out with out being agitated. I spent about $25. Much better than if I went to another big names grocery store. I did not get all of what I wanted, due to the change to the Walmart stores what I needed was all the way in the back. Do I recommend yep but beware of customer service and long lines in the checkout after 6 pm.

I get my orders delivered to my residents thru WALMART PLUS in WHITE LAKE MI. GREAT SERVICE AND DELIVERY FOR FOOD AND EVERYTHING .

If I could give it one star or a negative store, I would horrible customer service at the customer service desk. After waiting on the lady asked me was there a line at the money line and I said it was eight customers because she didn’t feel like reloading my card, her and the guy with the fake deep voicethat is of Asian descent .Again this is why certain people work at certain places and will never be anything other in life. White girl with fake orange hair and Asian guy with fake deep voice

Barely any employees in store. There were like 3 watching you check out. NO CARTS !! and no one to pick get them from the parking lot. Couldn’t find no one to help in store. TERRIBLE ! Just left. I forgot why I haven’t been there in a long time

Always have to do self check out this store to busy to check myself out. With all this staff we had for a three day stay with a big family
