Property is beautiful! Very well kept, quiet, in a non busy area. So there isn’t a lot of commotion. Rich did an amazing job showing me around the property. Very well informative on the apartments I was interested in. Definitely a strong possibility for my next home!

The move in process they were between management and lost out paperwork and tried to charge us more. Luckily I had my copy and they honored it. If this rating was on the apartment and living experience I would have given 4.5 stars the layout of the apartment was amazing and maintenance was quick & attentive. Only downside to the apartment it’s self was that the only Ethernet port in the master bedroom that was weird and annoying especially when they switched cable/internet companies and service became spotty and Summit Broadband is a joke. When it came time to renew for a 3rd year they were going to raise rent 33% moving out was horrible we got charged for so many little things that after two years was expected and should have been covered in our security deposit but was not. Parking is horrible and a lot I was coming home late at night and had to walk around the whole complex to my apartment.

Richard was amazing!!! Very fast and cares a lot about his job. My move in was emergency and he really worked with me. Appreciate the patience and diligence that I received!! Thank you!!

Dont apply unless you know for sure you will get the apartment. Havent not received my $400 back and its been 17 days since my denial date. They don’t answer the phone.

I had a great experience this morning. Omaira, who is super sweet, gave me a tour of the premises. She made me feel comfortable even had some good laughs with a fellow up northener. Great job 👍🏽

Excellent very quiet community. Very nice and spacious apartments. Good amenities and facilities. Guidance staff Richard Cedeno very attentive and at all disposal.
