The customer service I received at this location was exceptional. I was told step by step of what was happening and what to expect, by the front desk staff and by the highly educated and experienced technician Jamila. She made me very comfortable about the entire process. My appointment was as scheduled, the paperwork wasn’t that long, and the imaging was done very efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend this location for your lab testing and imaging needs.

It was a long wait and I did the paperwork online the day before but was told it did not go through, I finished it in the waiting room. The Women's restroom was out of order so the women, had to use the Men's, this should be fixed now. When I was called into the hallway to go to the CatScan room, every staff member greeted me with a smile or good day wishes......that is very nice to have happen. A delay in my procedure was explained to me immediately, there were numerous apologies for this incident. My visit was not unpleasant say the least. I am grateful for having this availability within less than an hour from one of my 2 homes.

My experience was amazing! I went in, was greeted immediately and helped with paperwork. I was taken into the dressing area just as quickly and as soon as I changed into the exam gown the technician called my name. She was excellent and very personable. The mammogram was completed very professionally and I was out of there 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They were great and I will visit them again next year. Well done!

Always a pleasure coming in to Simon at 208 Oak in Kissimmee and be greeted with a smile and super professional treatment of Maria Aponte at front desk. I would say it's a bit slow with patients but she makes it so much better. If it weren't for her my mom would never go to that office. Every time we come here it takes all day . She puts everyone at ease in the waiting area . Great asset to this office .

I had arrived a little late to my appointment time. And they were able to still take me in. Which l was very pleased about. The scan was quick and easy. That was another added plus. The tech that did the scan very nice young lady. Another plus there. This was a good experience.

SimonMed was wonderful to me. Reception was great. Friendly and all smiles. Got me in right away going out of her way to help me up and through the doors to MRI area. Once there Robert was very kind explaining the procedure to me and making me feel comfortable. The whole experience was very positive. 👍🏼

I have been using SimonMed for over 30 years and the amount of forms that are required to be completed online and in person are totally ridiculous!!! Most of it is duplicate information that is being asked for every test that is scheduled. They need a better system. On a brighter note, I recently had a mammogram done and the tech, Vanessa, who performed it was superior and deserves to be recognized. She was professional, conscientious, and very thorough. She truly cared about you as a person.

Your annual mammogram testing is very important because it can save lives! At the SimonMed Imaging offices they make sure you feel comfortable and are very accommodating to your needs. The Check-in area was friendly, fast, and very well organized. The Technician was fantastic! I was taken care of like family and the testing was done in a timely manner. Very bad, they charged my card twice, I went 2 weeks ago to file a claim and they told me they were going to refund me, something that hasn't happened yet. The girl who did the echo on my breast did what she wanted, she only checked one breast when the order said both, I told her to do the echo in a better way and she rudely responded that if I didn't I felt nothing in the other so I was going to check it
