Saw this on Google and checked the reviews. Hands down the best buffet experience ever! Amazing customer service, clean and the food is authentic and fresh! I will definitely be coming back. Please don't change anything about the the restaurant, your establishment is a rare find and much appreciated ❤

Updated review! From 3 stars to 1 star... Good news! The place has been renovated and now looks clean, although the don't wipe the table between the customers my table was relatively clean... Bad news! I did not like the food... Looking old and stale, I got a very bad tasting (rotten) guave pastry... I alerted my server but I'm not sure they removed from the buffet... The cashier at the front is slow as one can ever be. Service was okay when I arrived but they didn't offer to refil my soda glass once it was empty. ------ old review ------ The service and the food were good, the price is reasonable. The place is extremely run down and needs a lot of care... Cleaning is also NOT their forte...

We love love this place. It is not as big as the one in Orlando by the FL Mall but this one looks newer on the inside. Food is as always great and selections are a lot to pick from. We have been here about 3 times already and we like that they rotate their menu so we are able to pick different things. Their food is fresh and very very flavorful. The staff is always nice although sometimes it looks like they are super busy. Totally recommend this place!

I am a big fan of the one by OBT location. This at 192 was my first time, and something was not right. Food was salty and had no taste at all, couldn't eat as much I normally do. I think they used MSG...

glued a business sticker onto my car and when i called to let them know, they immediately said “i’m sorry, there’s nothing i can do about it” they could have at least offered a small discount or something to help remove the damage done to my window. they also placed me on hold as i was talking without telling me. most unprofessional place i’ve ever dealt with.

Authentic Latin food along with a few Chinese and American o dishes. All-you-can-eat including drinks for twenty bucks a piece. They also offer beer and wine. Salad bars and dessert bar including ice cream and sherbert. Everything was cooked well a couple items were cold on the bar. Plenty of different soups rice dishes seafood. Great per Latin people or people that are adventurous and trying different cultures foods. The only single drawback a hair in a two dishes we had.the place was packed

El Palacio Buffet seems to be a good place to enjoy a nice meal. The restaurant's convenient location near a Wendy's appears to offer easy access and parking. The excellent customer service provided by the waiters makes the dining experience more enjoyable and personable. The variation of Latin food including soruyos and chicharrón appears to be tasty and mouth-watering. Despite tacos not being my favorite, they are still an option for those who enjoy them. Additionally, the Chinese food offers a great variety for anyone looking for different flavors. However, the cold food at the end of the day can be a downside, but this is expected in a buffet setting. Nevertheless, the drinks included in the buffet are a plus and the good price makes it affordable for everyone. Lastly, the flan as a must-try dessert, emphasizing its deliciousness. Overall, El Palacio Buffet seems like an excellent choice for anyone looking for a variety of Latin and Chinese dishes, friendly customer service, and good value for money.

The store is very well located with great parking, easy access and a great convenience I recommend it to everyone. You can go alone, with the family and you will be well taken care of.

Great food and so yummy. The service is good and the price it's worth it. On vacation from 🇵🇷 and I felt some real home cooking.

This place is a hidden jewel located in 192 Kissimmee, FL. There is so much to eat. I myself had 5 plates of different items to choose from. It's definitely my go-to place for latin cuisine.

Too much MSG on food, I think...food was not the same quality as the other location at OBT. Just ate a few items and already feel like it is going to explode..wow!

My mother and I ate here for the first time and the food was really good. They had an array of different types of food. The price for the buffet is really good, for all the food they have on display. I will definitely be coming back.

They had authentic opinions but not many. Lots of deep fried food Unfortunately, I don't think the food is as hot as it should be. The price is great $15 all you can eat and includes a drink you can find something you enjoy. Staff was fantastic, and the atmosphere was great.

I was impressed. Definitely one step up from Golden Corral which would be the only competition in the mass buffet sector. Some dishes better than others. The service, however, definitely something to write home about. Very attentive for sure. I think, the food should be better presented. The flavors needed individuality. Maybe instead of offering so many different dishes, a theme or perhaps different countries specialties should be highlighted. This is one case where less is more. Some dishes, like the liver were awful, but it was presented with goat, pigs ears and chicken. Maybe a soirée of coordinating palettes and textures would help frame the presentation. Then you had items that just didn’t look right. Like the baby clams in a dark sauce, had no clue as to what that was. The empanadas looked soggy and the watermelon was pale. The rest of the fruits looked like they came from a can. Overwhelming selection of dishes. Could not taste them all. But was surprised to see Ceviche and even more surprised to see, it didn’t have cilantro at all. They should serve specialty dishes. Dishes that you can’t find anywhere else instead of a cafeteria style buffet. Disappointed they didn’t have flan, pasteles and seafood soup.

My friend, kids, and I really enjoyed the lunch buffet here. We have been here twice. First time the food was very good, hot, meats were tender. Second time I came back, food were kinda dry, the meats didn't taste fresh and rather dry, fried food were kinda old and sitting in the tray too long. So it's a hit or miss experience for us. Highlights: 1. Daughter loves the orange colored noodles. It made me curious and so I had to give it a try. The noodle is on the sweet side of the scale. 2. Mussels are a must try 3. My addiction is the corn nuggets with cheese and I never like cheese, but this cheese was soft and kinda lightly sweeten. Was was good the first time I came. The second time they were room temperature and dry. 4. If you like braised pork, that’s a must try here, soft and tender and flavorful! Unfortunately, it wasn't like that during our second visit back. 5. If you like goat meat, their braised goat meat is so tender and flavorful 6. Friendly customer service 7. Lunch buffet was only $13.99 Con: 1. Baked fish was a bit dry. 2. The sweet rice pudding was still a bit too firm compared to other Latin restaurants I have tasted at. Cooking the rice longer might help. I hope to bring my husband here next time when we are in the area. I know he will like it. We will definitely return. I didn’t have a chance to try everything yet.
