    I only give this a 2/5 because the food was just ok and I generally love red lobster but this location and service is pretty awful. First off we came on 6/9, there were no hosts when we came in. A lady came up and I told her I needed a table for 2 and then we waited for a moment and a guy came up who then took us to our table with the other employee joking around slapping eachother with our menus right in front of us while walking us to the table. We felt this was very unprofessional. I then ordered a glass of sauv blanc and several minutes later find that it is out of stock and ordered something else. To eat we ordered the date night feast for 2 that comes on one big plate for sharing. My BIGGEST dissapointment and my reason for this review was that when it came out he only gave us 2 small side plates so I asked for larger plates and without even going to the back he told me they couldnt and don't have them. I was so confused, how does a restaurant not have regular plates? I asked him that and he said he is not allowed in the kitchen to get them. I looked at him in disbelief and asked him to ask for plates. As a restaurant server myself I knew he was lying about not being able to get us normal plates so I was pretty annoyed at his pure laziness. He later came back and still could not give us plates so I told him to just forget it in a dissapointed tone. I could barely even fit a steak on the side plate let alone sauce or any other items so it was awkward eating this. If i had known I would be eating such a big meal off a tiny side plate for dinner I would not have ordered that or eaten there at all. The food was good except for the steaks which were very over cooked for the rare and medrare that we ordered (mine had absolutely no pink on the medrare steak). I did not want to mention it to our server as he was barely there and it seemed that he could not even care to bring us real plates so why would he care about how our steaks were cooked so we just ate them as we were hungry. This was very dissapointing and definitely not worth spending 88 (105 with the tip) on the meal for 2 and 1 glass of wine. I suggest avoiding this location and going to a different red lobster where the service and food are better as this location was well below my expectations.

    Service was good.no wait time today.server very polite. Had appetizers,always get the mozzarella sticks an stuffed mushrooms.

    We waited for about 10min at the table to waitress come to ask us about drinks. The food wasn’t that bad but could be better, and they have to improve a lot their service and the appearance of the restaurant, so we as a client deserve better than that. For sure i won’t never come back again at this place.

    Red lobster on Vine Street. I really stopped going to Red Lobster I felt it was not worth the money, which was several years ago. In the last 12 months I have eaten there 3 times including the current visit. What drew me back were the shrimp skewers. I specifically went this evening for the shrimp skewers. Lisa was our waitress. She was lively and worked several tables. Nice and engaging. 30 to 40 minutes after we ordered Liza came to tell me they did not have shrimp skewers. Now I’ve been to this Red Lobster in the past and at that moment I remember this was one of the reasons I stopped going. You order, wait for you meal then they tell you 30-40 minutes later they don’t have it. They were always out of the shrimp options. Anyway they gave me double scampi. No manager can by to apologize and Liza gave a 10% of the dish. All she could do. Really I was not satisfied but whatever. Food - I ordered pick 2 shrimp and 1 side. I ordered the scampi, shrimp skewers and a baked potato. Hubby ordered the clam chowder and chicken Alfredo. Since it took so long for the food to come my shrimp were room temperature. The potato was fine. Hubby loved the chicken Alfredo and with salt and pepper the clam chowder. The biscuits were a little over done. Atmosphere- The restaurant was not full only a select numbers of tables were being used. When we were seated the Hostess apologized about the wait stating they were very busy. We only waited about 15 minutes for a table we were told would be 20 minutes. Restroom was clean. One hand soap was so water down it was just pink water. Lisa did apologize about the shrimp stating when she went to get the order they told her. Price - $49-$59. Reasonable. I don’t know go at your own risk at this location. I hope It is a better experience than mine was. Restaurants need to get back to great customer service. The manager should have come by my table. Low food options need to be told to the waiter/waitress so they can inform the customer. I would have ordered something totally different. This is my main gripe they tell you when the food is done. Now I have to take what they give or don’t eat! Please fix this.

    When we first arrived, there was no one at the front desk to accommodate us. Waited about 15 min before I walked in the back to get help. The bathrooms were filthy and unsanitary. Had to try to clean the toilet area before my wheelchair bound mother could use it. The only bright spot was our server, who did an excellent job trying to make our experience a good one. Food was good, but the rice side dish was served hard and crunchy. It probably was old or overcooked. Not the customary Red Lobster experience here.

    My 10yr old son wanted to go to Red lobsters , hence we went . Upon arriving on a Saturday night, the wait was less then 5 minutes, the server Edwin was helpful and provided great service . The prices for the Ultimate feast is very reasonable which included 4 proteins and 2 sides for $40. This included lobster, fish, shrimp , bacon Mac and cheese and much more . ONLY CON- the bathroom was 🤢

    Food I must say was excellent. Over the years I haven't really loved Red Lobster food but was glad my kids made me go. This location nailed every dish. Inside is dark and dreary but staff is friendly and attentive, just took a while to get served. Ohhhh the server said he didn't recommend but glad I didn't listen because my Mangorita was mmm mmm good.

    Our service was good enough, but Red Lobster has gone down hill so much lately. Poor food quality, not hot, they no longer have coke it’s just all around not as good AND more expensive. Specifically though the broccoli has consistently been GROSS in several locations in multiple states. They need to STOP serving moldy broccoli. It’s a real problem. They also don’t bring more rolls when you ask. Just expensive, underwhelming and disappointing.

    Servers seemed short staffed. But the food was delicious, just not timely. We spent 2 hours on there and were not asked if we wanted more (another round) of shrimp on the ALL-U-CAN-EAT shrimp. When we finally got the servers attention, we received two of almost every shrimp plate as our second round. Servers are hard to find. But the time spent there was not expected. Oh, if you go, just be patient and order the watermelon martini, it's delicious!

    We got the endless shrimp for $20 per person, you can chose one classic side and 2 of the shrimp options. From all the options we tried the Alfredo Shrimp (comes with pasta!), the skewer (everyone’s favorite! Comes with rice) and the Shrimp Scampi. Everything was delicious! Great staff! Robson (Brazilian!) is an excellent host and has been kind every time we’ve been here.

    Having had a very terrible dinning experience in another Red Lobster located at Winter Haven a month ago, we wanted to give it a try at a different location. And we are extremely happy that we did! We had a wonderful dining experience in this location tonight. Firstly, we reserved a table for 5 (including a toddler) through Google at 7pm on Black Friday night to avoid a long wait as last experience in Winter Haven. Once we arrived, the staff greeted us politely and arranged a table that fit us comfortably. I personally very appreciated how considerate they were in putting the high chair far away from the kitchen exit. We also didn’t wait for too long to get our drinks and the biscuits. Maybe the one in Winter Haven set the bar too low that we waited more than 10minutes just for some glasses of water and half an hour for some biscuits and none of our food came out after an hour that forced us to leave. Luckily, this location did everything right! The food was served quick, nice and hot. The sirloin that we got from the ultimate feast was on point, cooked as medium as we asked for. All our food tasted very good as well as in a perfect portion! Moreover, I especially appreciate how the servers and managers interacted with the customers. Not only our server kept us updated on our food and checking on us, but also the managers and runner. They kept on checking with us to see if everything was alright and whether we needed something else. One of the managers even offered to take some pictures for us to capture our happiness with this dinning experience. This definitely gained back our confidence with Red Lobster. We will definitely come back to this location if we want some more seafood in the future.

    Had an amazing dining experience at Red Lobster last week. Not only was my meal cooked to perfection but my server German Lopez made sure me and my family was taken care of. German is hands down the best server I have ever had. His attention to detail is why I gave a 5-star review. I will definitely be back to visit soon. There are so many new menu items I would love to try!

    We went to Red Lobster this past Saturday (Memorial Day weekend) in the late afternoon / early evening time (around 5-6pm). We were a fairly decent size party, so the host was able to accommodate the seating arrangements well. The servers were friendly and courteous to us. They took our orders (meals with 1 to 2 specific requests). We ordered an appetizer, main course meals, and a couple of drinks. The appetizer and drinks came out fairly quick. The main courses did take a bit of time to come out, and one of the requests was not completed. For a majority of the main courses, everything was great and tasted amazing. Overall, it was a decent experience and would recommend.

    Delicious entrees...happy to see new items on the menu. We tried the soy glazed salmon bowl. So good! And the old standby, coconut shrimp and fried fish never disappoints. The service was so upbeat and friendly.

    Went for lunch and was seated in the bar area, probably due to staffing. I would rather sit in the main area. We ordered lunch and it was shortly served. Soup was delicious. Salad was good. Coffee was brewed fresh. Delicious. We also had coconut shrimp, really good. All in all, lunch was worth it.

    My menu has a lot of choices. Services are great. Food was good. I ordered the ultimate feast. The lobsters were a little bit salty. My new England chowder soup was just warm. 🤔🤔 I love hot soup.

    The food really wasn't that great. Salmon, fish and chips, mac and cheese, rice, mashed potatoes. The only thing it was really good.... the lobster bisque and the cheddar biscuits.

    This Red Lobster was AMAZING! I called earlier the same day on a Saturday and the Manager at that location was able to accommodate 40 of us for a Bereavement! Her and her staff were outstanding! They were professional, friendly, pleasant, I cannot express how grateful I am for them accommodating us and going above and beyond with a large last minute reservation! I wish I had the right words to describe my experience at this Red Lobster! I hope corporate sees what I saw in all this employees and the great manager they have on board. Thank you so much!! Above 5 stars experience.

    First time visiting this Red Lobster. From the hostess to Jose our server, everyone was attentive - 10 stars! Biscuits were delicious - 5 stars. Lobster bisque and seafood mushrooms were good also. The fish and chips were a 4. We will stop by again when in the area.
