Odd little, quirky point-of-interest. Worth checking out if you like roadside Americana. Wouldn’t venture too far out if the way to see it.

A stone from each state. All 50 of them. They are beautifully placed. Standing strong. Standing very tall. I'm sure it has survived hurricanes. It's free. It's right in front of a park. You can bbq at this park. Look at the lake that has many many animals and birds to look at. Do visit it! Peace!!πŸŒ»πŸ’œπŸŒ»

I love quirky historical sites, and this is a cool one. The Monument of States is a huge step-pyramid with an American eagle and a flag at the top. It’s a nice setting, with benches and shady trees, parks and a library nearby. The monument itself looks like it weighs a ton, and it does πŸ˜†. According to Wikipedia β€œan estimated 100,000 pounds and reinforced with 3 Β½ tons of steel rails.” It was built after the Pearl Harbor attack, and restored in 1993 (with a time capsule is scheduled to be opened in 2043) and designated a National Historic Monument in 2015. It’s open 24hrs, a great place to stretch your legs, it’s free and accessible.

Very cool little gem in Kissimmee. Must visit, doesn't take a lot of time to see this monunent of rocks, boulders, etc from each of the 50 states and a few countries too! Close to downtown Kissimmee and at the corner of Lakefront Park, which is a really nice park!

There is no information sign on the outside about why this is placed but it has almost most first formed states and some other country pile

This is an interesting monument that contains contributions from all 50 states. There also is a nearby memorial and lakefront park. It doesn't take long to visit but it is worth the visit because not too many people know this is here and the parking is free.

Loved seeing this monument wondering what the space looked like in 1941 during the middle of the war, everyone getting rocks from around the world and making the monument. Don't forget to try some local flavor down the street at Big John's Rocking BBQ, a brisket omelette that will melt in your mouth.

Very interesting monument located in very gorgeous place, although it's a bit funky. It says monument of states but I found tiles with Africa, Cuba and Canada on them. But definitely deserves a stop.
