Waiting for an appointment, sat down in a chair with ants. Listening to staff treat other vets with attitudes. The nurse gave directions to stay, then when the patient didn't understand, she sat down and talked about how people don't listen. Staff were on their phones and eating at the desk, which probably adds to the ants. I've seen bad va clinics but this was disgraceful. Why have doors for employees safety if they are not used?

Front staff are very knowledgeable but zero personality. Clinic is always very busy with exception of early morning, 0730. Lab staff does a good job. Nurses are very robotic and in four years of going to this clinic I think I have had four or five different doctors. I would like to say that they are not a bad clinic just over worked. There are a lot of vets in this area. I’m moving to Lakeland FL and will make a review of their clinic as well.

Started off ok...I mean the garden variety uselessness that you experience at most VA facilities, but eventually evolved into life threatening incompetence. Every few months I see someone from the VA in the media boo-hoo crying over how they don't understand why so many vets kill themselves. Well, I understand. Someone in a senior position figured out that dead vets costs less than well treated ( both medically and from a benefits stand point) vets. And the number of options a lot of us have other than the VA....zero.

The staff at the Kissimmee V.A. has always been 5 star! I've been going there for 6 years, now. From the staff up front, to the nurses, doctors, lab techs, and social worker/therapist, I have only had only the finest care.

Someone higher up please come and clean up the attitude in this clinic. The front desk has lights off like nobody's there, they don't answer their phones The attitude is poor and my latest experience here was terrible. Provider will do the extreme minimum to help. Left that place feeling like the service our veterans gave to this country is disrespected. We are the reason they have a job in the first place. If you don't want to work with vets go somewhere else.

Walked in for appoinment, was rudely told by receptionist that I "have to wear a mask," I promptly walked out, last time I was at clinic I was lectured to by the doctor about how I should get the covid vaccine for the entire 30 minute visit instead of addressing my actual issues.

I have been coming here for over years now. Dr. Ram is a fantastic doctor and the nurses are exceptional to. The lab is always slow but not because of the nurses but because of the volume of people being seen. So much negativity about the VA in the news...glad this is one of the better ones.

The service is poor. Never pick up the phone and the veteran has to go above and beyond so the facility can do its job. I understand that the facility does not have knowledge. I have gone through a lot to be able to get to at least talk to a clerk and still do not get the service I need. It is insane.

Dr taurez or how ever you spell it, does not need to be working with veterans or even the general public. Extremely rude, disgusting and disrespectful. Doesn't listen but wants to force her own beliefs on us! I'll be filing a formal complaint with the va against this disgusting thing.

Terrible terrible terrible. On vacation 3 weeks after my husband "navy" had surgery for a broken ankle at Cleveland VA. Foot was red an swollen 3-4 times normal size. And he was having constant pain. Walked in yesterday at 10am. He sat down with his crutches and I waited 3rd in line. the man at the desk rudely took his name and told me to hang on to his ID card and that when the guy next to him came back he would call me up to register us. WELL an hour an a half later. Now with NO ONE at the desk we walked out so he could get his foot up. WOW.. WHAT A DUMP.. HOW EMBARRASSING FOR THE VA.....

Feel sorry your veterans who have to use a facility where noone picksup

Just be aware when you go to get labs the tech is very rude and she will treat you like you are an inconvenience. Every time I have had labs there it is always the same.

Another great experience. Had an 0900 appt/8 Apr 2022 for labs and to see my doctor. The new young lab tech was very very nice and polite(she’s from Puerto Rico)when she called me back for labs at 0910. Saw my doc right after my labs..0920. Seems as though the VA is making a real concentrated effort to be more polite to us veterans wether answering the phones quicker with more professionalism or to offer better service. Got some not so good news on my health(diabetes)but for someone who hates the hospital this new(bldg)VA clinic in makes it worth coming and getting real time care. Big props to my nurse also. Great job Va Kissimmee. Keep it up.. we notice the difference.

The clinic's operation times are frustratingly inflexible. Despite being open until 4:30 PM, they close their labs at 2:00 PM sharp, with a strict policy that doesn't entertain even a minute's delay. If you arrive at 1:59 PM and don't manage to secure a ticket instantly, you're left with no choice but to seek help elsewhere. The staff seems to operate more like unfeeling machines than compassionate healthcare providers, offering a "that's how it is" type of service rather than showing genuine care for the veterans they're supposed to serve. It's disappointing to see that their primary motivation appears to be their paycheck, rather than the wellbeing of the veterans. My interaction today with one particularly arrogant staff member was a testament to this. The unprofessional behavior and lack of empathy were infuriating enough to make one contemplate a strong reaction. The atmosphere within the clinic was so unbearable that I found myself waiting for another Uber outside, unable to stand the thought of spending another minute there. It's disheartening to see a place that's supposed to offer care and support to veterans failing so miserably at its mission.

My experience at the Kissimmee VA Clinic has always been good. It's rare that I had to wait for any service. Service has always been top notch. Personnel there have always been cordial, friendly, helpful, and concerned. I have never had a complaint of been disappointed.

I’ve had a few decent experiences with staff, but I give this place a low rating because it takes them weeks to get back to you. God forbid you miss their call. You’re SOL because they never answer their phones. I’ve been trying for weeks to get a hold of someone to schedule mental health services.

Wait and wait. Appointments within a month are mostly not possible. Lab workers polite and efficient, front desk not always friendly. Room for improvement.

This facility is flying flags that are offensive. This is not a facility for political Activision. The only flags should be the American flag, service branch flags and the VA flag.

Fast and efficient. Friendly VA staff as well as all other professionals. Very attentive and knowledgeable where to refer other services in the Orlando VA hospital.

One week here was enough for me to enroll elsewhere. Misinformation on top of being hung up on twice. Drive the extra 20 minutes to go to a real VA medical center. This place is about the size of my living room.

Opened And All's I can say is " Will it ever change " Just talked with a Dr. who told me that I saw a Physical Therapist as I complained about not seeing 1 after I was told by my Dr. I'll get You a good Physical Therapist ..7 months ago but I have not seen a Physical Therapist !!! last time I saw my Dr. I was told 3x's 1way r another Please try this Choice Program - have You thought about the choice program an from what I have seen .. No I do not want to wait anymore . An as far as Physical Therapist only supposed Physical Therapist I saw ...-> a prescription for pain killers and a wheelchair
