I’ve been here a few times and every time is a bad experience. The front’s desk unprofessionalism speaks volumes of the doctors. I’m finally writing this review because I took my son out of school to come here for a sports physical and brought my two year old with me. After I make it to the appointment, which I took the day off for, they stated they can’t see my son because I had my two year old with me. This is something I wish was informe when I called. Patients come in to the office and are completely ignored, while three specimens where sitting at the front desk just staring at their computers. I’m convinced the 5 star reviews here are from employees and friends. If you read all the one star reviews they all state similar complaints. I will be reporting them to our insurance. Apparently they have also been accused of fraudulent charges.

Poor medical care, incompetent staff, the health of the Patient is not the priority. The treatment they send is not It is enough to cure Illness and alone They want him Patient returns to collect more insurance coverage

The medical care is excellent as is the commitment of each employee. Congratulations to all the Drs who provide their services at Florida Family Medicine, for their excellent commitment to us patients.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment and received the confirmation with the doctor and date/time information. I went to the doctor’s office for my appointment and was told I don’t have an appointment by the lady at the front desk (for descriptive purposes, she was Latina). She raised her voice at me and continued giving me attitude that another lady in a white coat who works there stepped in and confirmed that I had an appointment set. The attitude did not stop from the front desk lady. I set aside this time to go to a doctors office, but instead, my time was wasted, I’m left with no care, and now I have to look elsewhere to schedule. This place is very unprofessional and rude. You stay at work until it’s time to go, you should not turn away patients with an appointment just because you want to leave work early. Completely wasted my time.

Receptionist was extremely rude and seemed like she could care very little about anyone. She answered the phone and was talking to someone else in the office. Put me on hold then hung up. I called back in, asked if my insurance was in network. She said "NO". then hung up without saying goodbye. If you want a friendly and helpful doctors office, do not go here.

I always receive the best care and so do my children. I've been seeing Dr. Hardowar and Dr. Marco for years! I have moved two hours from them and still take the drive to see them and Dr. Marco has always treated me with great compassion and honesty (like let’s bring you down a few lbs) my teenage daughter aspires to be a medical professional due to his impact on our lives as a good doctor and not always running towards a medicinal approach when it can be avoided and I was very happy to find out at my last visit that also offer aesthetics at a great rate! Thankful for him keeping me healthy for this long and being adamant about treating issues like strep throat, UTI’s and other infections with great action and force. I am always happy to take the two hour drive to see him as he is always treated me with the best care I’ve ever received. I’d also like to say the front desk team is amazing and always polite and prompt! Thanks guys!!!

This place is miserable, looks like it can’t be worse. Both restrooms are out of order? But the older Hispanic lady can use it, just not the right color of skin to be able to pee on the royal throne. Place is dirty, they cater to their own. Good luck, change providers immediately

Best Doctors office ever and the staff are very friendly and helpful.Doctors will take there time with you , listen to you and will definitely take great care of you. I never had any issues or problems . My advice, dont listen to them new reviews.

Been trying to go back to work I need my medical information released. I have paper work to be filled out. I have been told twice over the phone that they would fill out my medical form that I just had to be there will the doctor filled it out. I drove here twice and both times they tried to tell me it’s $75. After just speaking on the phone being told it was free. Then I was told it was $1 for each medical form I needed. I asked for the two I needed. They gave me 4 forms. And all the information on them was incorrect. From diagnosis of gastrointestinal to saying I had a Pap smear. So after all that I went ahead and reported this office. Lie after lie. I can’t work until I get my medical records my job is calling for. And the doctor won’t verify that I released this information by saying they were going to call me. They want to be paid to sign paper work but won’t give the Information so I can go to work to make money. Make that make since!

I just moved to the area and was in need of a doctor, I found this group and made an appointment with them, I really like my doctor and he seems more concerned with my health then I am even, which I appreciate. He explained everything to me and had great suggestions on how to proceed.

Spoke with someone by the name of Jennifer and she was so rude. She hung the phone up in my face while I was still talking. I was not rude to her and was very polite.

Went to take my Dot physical at Florida Family Medicine today! They have a very friendly staff and a great doctor! I will recommend them to all my family and friends! Didn’t have to wait long to be seen and their price is affordable

Great doctor! Staff is very helpful especially Maria. Able to get an appointment with this office quickly. No waiting time. Office is well cleaned and sanitized. Love this doctor. Will recommend my friends and family!

First time I was here they made me wait past my appointment time because the nurse was on “lunch break” at 3:00 pm. Once I was finally seen the appointment felt rushed and the nurse seemed very frantic and stressed. 3 weeks later I was supposed to have a follow up appointment via telephone but never got the call. The following week I called the office (which took them 5+ rings to answer) and was told, “Your insurance probably doesn’t cover it so that’s why we didn’t call you. Just come in today before 3:00 pm.” They confirmed I would be a walk-in appointment. Why didn’t they call me to tell me this? Anyways I get there and was advised I had to wait in the car because they had no seats left (the waiting room is huge and there are only 6 chairs). This is Florida… it’s 90 degrees outside today. So obvious that this place is mismanaged and doesn’t care about their patients. I will be finding a new doctor.

Dr. Hardowar care is phenomenal! Excellent service! I had my appointment today. The staff was very nice along with the doctor. They made me feel very comfortable. Everything was  quick and efficient. The wait time wasn’t bad at all. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely recommend my Dr’s office. I only need to go there to get my all tests done and the staff is amazing! Dr Hardowar is very patient and polite. It is so hard to find Doctors that care nowadays but FLORIDA FAMILY MEDICINE is the perfect example.

Reviews depend on the person and mindset, if you decide the "vibe" is off then you should find an herbalist! Granted the office doesn't look like much from the outside but inside it's very sanitary, and the staff are polite. I had a messed up ankle when I showed up for my physical and the receptionist was very compassionate and helpful, she got me a walker and even offered to assist me with walking. I honestly can't recall the last time I ever met a doctor that actually came in the room on time, sat down listened to my concerns and gave me feedback on what he believe d the dishes could be. The doctor didn't make me feel rushed, he didn't interrupt me, he wasn't dismissive of my concerns like previous doctors. Dr. Hardowar reassured me he would help me to the best of his ability and showed genuine interest in wanting to do so. I know to some it will seem like my review isn't valid because most will simply say "that's his job" but more often than not you will find physicians no longer do "their job" with compassion or true integrity, most no longer care of the oath they take - I can share of list of "doctors" that will make you feel like you are a burden to their day especially when your coverage isn't cash up front! I appreciate this office and Dr. Hardowar, I look forward to working together to get my health back.

My son woke this morning complaining of ear pain, and although, they had no appointments available, I was told to bring him in, and the Dr. would see him. The girls in the office are always sweet and understanding. His doctor is great, takes time and cares for him. Since this is Friday, had he not been seen, he may have been in pain all weekend long.

Doctors and staff members are awesome, every time myself and Husband visited we cannot asked for any better services. The doctors knew their patients well beings. Their diagnosis are on spot. I will recommend the entire staff without any doubts.

I’ve been in Florida 10 years have had 2 Dr’s prior to this office & I wished I’ve had been with this practice my whole time here in Florida however I’ve had the opportunity to establish a relationship with this awesome practice from the front office to Mr Marcoo it’s been an absolute pleasure to be his patient he’s not only attentive to detail but compassionate also has a sense of humor. HORRIBLE! PLEASE READ FOR YOUR OWN KNOWLEDGE. I’m disgusted by this office. Definitely a racist doctors office. If you are not of color they treat you poorly. I noticed how they were with others in the office and read some reviews with similar complaints when I was coming to leave this review. The lady at the front desk was talking about me to everyone at the front desk in Spanish every time I’d walk away. I was having issues with my insurance and changing the pcp because my insurance system was down. I ended up switching the pcp online and they still wouldn’t see me because the reference number was needed. My insurance even asked if I could call them later to give it to them the Not to mention, I scheduled an appointment and they had no record. This wasn’t my first time here so they had me in their system. They didn’t even look into anything to try and help. Instead talked about me in Spanish, gave attitude breathing heavy like I was inconveniencing her. The doctor should be ashamed having people like this represent his practice. I brushed it off each time because I’m not feeling well. She thought because I presented myself as Caucasian I wouldn’t know Spanish. She assumed wrong. From the moment I walked in, to walking out, it was an awful experience. I wasn’t surprised though due to how my first visit went last year with this place. My intuition told me to go elsewhere but I went here because it was close to work and they were open later than most offices. I took time off from work for this and it was a complete waste of 45 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady told me “ I can get her but she’s going to tell you the same thing I just told you and it’s going to be a while until she can speak to you”. Which I figured she would tell me the same thing but that’s not why I wanted to speak with her. Again, she was assuming incorrectly. The manager approached me 3 minutes later and approached me with the wrong name. I then tell the manger my name and she looks at the other girl and tells her I wasn’t that person. She then proceeds to tell me the same thing the girl told me and I politely let her finish and told her about that lady talking about me in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand. I told the manager that is extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager brushes me off and doesn’t apologize or anything. It was as if that was the normal there. She brushes me off and continues saying I can reschedule and provide the number tomorrow. I kindly said no thank you. I will find a different doctor. I just wanted to notify her about the lady at the front desk but it was clear she didn’t care. I had to walk out and recollect myself because of that experience. Please unless your desperate, look for a better doctors office who values your time and health.

Florida family medicine has been life saving for me! My doctor Dr Marcu has always been on top of my health even when sometimes I neglect my self. He is one of a kind! Doesn't treat you like just a number in the office but as a person and as a friend. His staff is amazing always kind and friendly. Visiting doesn't feel like a chore. Maria is also one that has been so helpful when it comes to my health and my husband's health ❤

Mine first time going there it was so good, they were nice and polite about my acne. They informed me a lot of things i didn’t know about my face. Super friendly, and i’m already noticed a difference from going once. I would recommend this doctor because his work is good.

I am a patient of theirs, but I am not satisfied at all. They don't care about the patient's health, they just make you wait to bill the insurance. They are not health professionals. Without the doctors, they are kind, but they don't help you as they should... I don't recommend it.
